A good question.

I get the feeling that Sundance is concerned that his PR campaign (it is his field truly) on behalf of Lowe might suffer. I think a new media outlet is good for all concerned and, as Baj intimates, can only be healthy. Surely Sundance isn't in favour of repressing free speech? Blimey!

Lol at predictable Sundance

Long Shot makes pertinent points IMO.

Looks like a clean and fresh design. Editorial looks professional too. Hope it all adds to our Saints Experience.

Ah, my mistake. Confusing Luton with Stansted.
-
I believe a train route runs direct from Stansted to Clapham Junction across London. It services people changing flights mainly between Stansted, Gatwick and Heathrow. Change there for Southampton.
-
I believe we should have more. Seven would be about right in this case.

Amusing to see Ferrari making such a pig's ear of their pit stops...

* Burglar alarms that go on and on. Should be a criminal offence in itself. * Little ******s riding about on their ****ty little scooters. Both are spoiling my Sunday.

Tis true. The metal really gets to Holsten for unknown reasons. I have just bought four cans though! £2.53, rip off!

Garrod is the mystery man. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/?page_id=10659

Why is he leaving Barnsley on a virtual free if he is that good? (and he does seem ok to me)

I notice one of their players topped himself three months ago. Nowt to do with Alps joining the support, I'm sure! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SK_Austria_K%C3%A4rnten

The new style lids on the top of fruit juice cartons. They're a bugger to open, the juice pours badly and you cant drink direct from the carton.

However it looks likely Brown will be moving to Surrey who have offered him the opportunity of more one-day cricket.

That Matthew Paterson gets around!
-
or maybe even Christian Gross or Jacques Santini!
-
McGoldrick might be able to grow a beard.
-
Agreed. The whole issue is unsettling the defence.

Should be great. I have a mate who is chief sports editor for Reuters in Asia and he is usually quite blase about attending sporting events but he's really up for this one.

Quite happy to see Dyer sling his hook. One of the rotten apples we need to eject.

Poll : Adam Hammill Or Bradley Wright Philips On The Wing
TopGun replied to St Marco's topic in The Saints
The question can be applied to any two players who have ever played for Saints at different periods in the same position. And as Hammill was never ours to keep it seems even more odd. -
Totally bizarre. Swedish twins apparently too! What the **** was going on there?

Recognising that some of the possible talent that we have in the younger players may not be fulfilled as we would like it, I wonder how the potential skill and visible effort of players should be judged by the management team. It seems to me that certain players in the squad such as Wotton who are not the most talented are putting required effort in whilst others don't seem to realise what is expected. Wotton's on the pitch ranting at McGoldrick and others against Barnsley is one example though I am aware that McGoldrick is getting a slating at the moment. Perhaps rightly. Apparently Wotton had a proper pop at some of his colleagues in the dressing room after that game also. JP's recent comments about certain players being "too sweet on themselves" and "not concerned enough about losing" also indicate that there is a problem. But JP is the man in charge. I'm coming to the conclusion that some of the potentially talented younger players are simply not intelligent to realise the lucky position they are in, in terms of their wages and social status as young men. As it stands I think it should be made aware to them that despite their relatively affluent lifestyles as teenagers and slightly older, their lack of apparent commitment may ensure that they will be remembered as partially responsible for relegation to the English third tier, something not seen at Southampton since the 1950s. Perhaps they just don't get it or don't care. I have a controversial suggestion for the future: all youth or younger players signed to the academy or squad should be vetted for suitability as well as talent. Those who fail to pass a "decency" test based on background and even intelligence should be passed over. Those who demonstrate a probable lack of commitment and loyalty to the club and a potential for deluded self aggrandizement have no role to play at Saints IMO. I await the incoming flak!
