Great test for us today Hoping to see 100% fight, faster/more direct football. Millwall game was not a straight forward defeat imo - they outplayed us in every department with so much more strength & will to win, worried me greatly, so today will reveal more. Our GK & defence is always my biggest worry every single game. Romeu looked way off fitness when he came on last game & Robinson needs to work on improving his strength - far too lightweight Going for a draw today

Got what we deserved today Very poor & quite worrying Clueless most of the time & needed a complete change of tactics Bellis needs a week of passing & touch training or maybe a month Aribo was a waste of substitution Seemed a lack of energy today & no real urgency - maybe last run of games has caught up with us

In training, do they a) only practice passing it across the back line & into midfield & then back to the defence to repeat - while our strikers chase them about, building in many mistakes. b) Pretend to go training - but don’t actually go in - or maybe just go into the gym, pool & canteen maybe Terrible 1st half - was feeling hopeful tonight for a lot more fight & positivity 😞 Playing too deep, too weak, too slow Got to beat this shit!

Putting my Saints frustrations, darkness/depression to one side. I do think that with just 2 great additions - 1 very proven/decent big old school Striker & 1 Strong/Commanding Centre Back - we’d have a team that would get in play-offs at the very least

Predictable performance/result 😔 Every opposition manager must just say - stay patient, they’ll have lots of possession, which will be no threat. That performance has lifted my spirits & thrown some much needed light onto the Saints darkness. Some very good performances out there which should give Still some tough decisions for the weekend. Defence looked pretty decent , Jander & Scienza full of energy & fight. Archer & Downs both really disappointing. McCarthy never looks comfortable with his feet Hoping this can be our turning point

Today - I’ve decided to give in to that annoying little voice in my head that pleads each week for more positivity with Martin, Stephens, Bednarek & a few others So, come on lads - time to kick start our season - COYR - onwards & upwards 🤞

I do like Martin as a person & truly wished something would change for the better for him. Sadly, It just hasn’t happened & he’s had a decent amount of time to put things right. The very sad thing is we seem to be going backwards! Failed miserably in defending & attacking departments. Get the right man in right now before it’s too late - big kick up the arse & lift, sort out CB Defending as a priority & I’m confident that the rest will fall into place & we’ll have a chance of staying up

4 games in 8 goals conceded 1 Goal scored No doubt we have the best possession / pass completion in the league, which seems to be what we are happy with. I really question the decision makers at this club. It’s blatantly obvious to most people where our significant weaknesses are & have been for a very long time!. We will not survive with our options of CB’s (maybe only ABk) Our coaches clearly do not know what to do in the final 3rd - clueless Frustratingly, we are only a few changes away from a decent side in this league.
