4 games in 8 goals conceded 1 Goal scored No doubt we have the best possession / pass completion in the league, which seems to be what we are happy with. I really question the decision makers at this club. It’s blatantly obvious to most people where our significant weaknesses are & have been for a very long time!. We will not survive with our options of CB’s (maybe only ABk) Our coaches clearly do not know what to do in the final 3rd - clueless Frustratingly, we are only a few changes away from a decent side in this league.

Could put your house on Mbeumo & Wissa scoring against our shitty defence Martin is proving to be right out of his depth - wrong starting line up - very weak defence - nothing in final 3rd - these areas never improve Joe Tessem saying our defence is an absolute mess

What has Russell Martin improved with this squad??? Before Martin:- We were already a team good with possession & Tippy Tappy, Backwards/Sidewards play Defensively, we were always good for a mistake - still are - same culprits - could argue keeper is now worse! Attack - (excl Ings time) we struggled in final 3rd & think we actually create less now, no direct penetration & are more clueless with what to do Really predictable - Really Slow All this in a lower league with what could be argued better players for this league For me, week in week out - I don’t see any clear signs of improvement / change & Russell Martin has got to be held accountable Most of the teams we’ve played in this league have been poor & we’ve been lucky with most of our results

Thought that was the best performance I’ve seen all season - pretty much everyone on their game, fighting & moving it quicker. Che was the only player to disappoint & think Mara would be a better option

The miserable bunch in my opinion are the fans that are content with that exact type of game today & have been for the last 2 plus seasons - tippy tappy slow boring football. Yes, okay we have gone X amount of games unbeaten - so bloody what! If we go unbeaten for the next 10 games playing that way -my guess is those games won’t be entertaining/enjoyable & will no doubt involve more luck & late winners. When are we give a team a battering & be convincing with a win? Maybe I expect too much For me at the moment it’s finding different solutions in the final 3rd - which again is nothing new - which is the most frustrating thing

Unless you love watching possessional football that is So predictable - so bloody unenjoyable/negative to watch/follow You could close your eyes & know what we are doing Think I’m now done with this dire every week - given Martin enough time - but it’s the same old shit Need a decent coach who knows what to do in the final 3rd - how to be positive - move the ball forward/fast I’d rather watch entertaining/positive attacking football & stay in this division - than get promoted with squeezing out last minute goals & scraping by Nothings changed under Martin - he’s done absolutely nothing in reality

Today will be a good measure of where we are as a team. Really looking forward to seeing Stewart get some time - think he’ll be a vital part of our improvement

Great 3 points & amazing atmosphere & high to end the game like that - so great for the fans & journey. Last 10mins were so much better than the previous 80. Another really poor performance- can not escape that even though we won. Very vulnerable down our left side all the time - not sure who’s to blame more - manning or sulemana. Thought Hull were the marginally better team today - Huge improvements needed- Downes my man of match today - luckily staying up North now for Preston - 7 hour journey yesterday - nightmare

Well. Football is a funny game! Didn’t expect that result today whatsoever - 100 % expected the worst! Blown away by the first 15-20mins -direct, fast, positive, penetrative - just bloody excellent! everything we have been clearly missing & desperately in need of for far too long! - I was Sat in my seat with a big smile on my face & everyone around me positive & smiling - thought I was in the wrong stadium! Beyond the first 20mins or so, we seemed to regress into our normal play though & for the rest of the game it seemed we were riding our luck - 2nd best to everything & sitting back too much encouraging lots of attacks - quite a few narrow escapes for us in the box - where our defence was all over the place in another mess! - yet again - could’ve been a much different score! Referee was not great for us today. pretty solid all round team performance - thought Bednarek was immense, KWP great game - Still felt our midfield was far too empty at times - not convinced by Downes or Smallbome So nice to be leaning the stadium with 3 points though - such a more enjoyable weekend

It was just a matter of time until a result like today’s happened - we’ve been riding our luck in prior games this season & our results have flattered. Much more of this to come if nothing changes - which very surprisingly it never does! RM got soo much wrong today from the off - which is very worrying. I still don’t see any improvement’s anywhere on the pitch being honest - same pathetic defending! Boring, Slow, Negative, predictable play all over the pitch - must be an opposition managers dream! I’m bored of watching the same possessional shit now - sidewards - backwards - forwards - repeat - clueless is final 3rd - no penetration - no fight - no spirit - maybe only from KWP & AA Any decent manager worth his salt - would come into this club & make our Defence their absolute priority & solid. 3-4 seasons gone by - 3-4 managers down the line & it’s nothing less than Ground Hog day! Still the likes of Bednarek & Stephens & some of the new dross 1st on the team sheet & captain Drastic changes needed

Another very disappointing performance - but another great 3 points Best players today for me were Charles, AA, KWP & Fraser - Downes was also good - still lacking that urgency & penetration in final 3rd Get a clone Ricky Lambert for Fraser to connect with & we’ll be on another level Manning was poor defensively today - got done pretty much every time

I really like Russel Martin But don’t think that I can honestly say I’ve noticed any real changes / improvements with the team. I know we’ve lost a few key players - but still don’t think that would’ve made too much difference apart from maybe a JWP free kick goal today. Che not been great but pops up & scores
