Just wondering if anyone got The Independant on Saturday 31st of Jan. Included in it was a free CD of the band "Sigur Ros" called "We Play Endlessly" I dont suppose anyone has a copy of it that they dont want and are willing to let me have it. Cheers

I have a user that has forgotten the pasword for an excel file. Does anyone know of any software that can unlock it. Ive found a few but they either take a few days to crack it or you have to pay for it. I cant wait for a few days, nor do I want to pay for the password to be cracked. There must be a free one out there....???

I dont think he is revelling in being correct about the situation. He's (quite rightly) turning the tables back on the people who gave him sh1t for having doubts. You lot make me laugh, you really do.

If a team is relegated from the prem, how are the parachute payments structured????
-
Sort of, Its a horrible feeling wanting your team to loose though. But Im hoping its better in the long run if we do get stuffed, it may force Lowes hand and avoid the scenes of Doncaster at every home game for the rest of the season.

"Poortvliet said the focus of yesterday’s meeting, which is thought to have lasted about half-an-hour, was on working harder, turning chances into goals and concentrating for the full 90 minutes." Someone has been benefitting from playing football manager 2009. They now know how to play football.

Oh dear. The racing at ascot was booked a long time ago. The reason for going was that it was my sister-in-laws birthday treat organised by her husband (not a Saints fan). I didnt have to mention it and could have just pretended I was at the game. I stated it on here to prove to other posters that I dont consider myself "a better fan than them" FYI - up until Doncaster, I hadnt missed a game at home all season.
-
Yeah, but you started talkig specifics and, in particular, your family's financial situation. Anyway....this is begining to sound like a playground argument.
-
Your the one who turned it into "im doing for my kids" But yes, lets get back on topic..... Do any stewards post on here?
-
Look, i think we are all getting a bit confused. I didnt say that I was a better fan than anyone on here. the fact that I dont have a season ticket or even went to the Doncaster game (was at a racing event at Ascot) means that I cant be an uber fan. Some people on here were saying that they are saints fans "just like the rest of us" well i guess then that my match day experience is a little differernt to theirs. I also guess that my idea of supporting a team is different to theirs as well. Can I just add though, that if you think working at SMS is to "safeguard your family's financial stability" then may I suggest that you look into a better full time job as you are on very thin ground there. What is it? £35 roughly for a days work?
-
No we are not. I havent said anywhere that I think im a better fan than anyone.
-
We all make our own decisions on where and how we spend our cash, and ALL of us would like more money. Its about priorities, yours was having kids, mine is watching saints.
-
Thats not my point, and even if it was, do you actually believe that all stewards work at SMS just to feed their kids..... Bet some of it goes on other stuff, like fags, beers etc. Also, if they are struggling for cash, get a better FULL TIME job. My point was, that no proper fan would a) sit with your back to a saints match. b) Take money FROM the club.

I guess one optoin would be to have an internal swap around, and hope that JP will be so p1ssed off that he has been demoted and embarrassed publicly, that he resigns.
