Whoever they are, whether they are spotty student virgins wanking each other off over Football Manager or not, they need to pull their fingers out and find a striker. I’m pretty sure if it was my full time job to scout the world and find someone better than Adam Armstrong and Che Adams it would take less than a couple of weeks to come up with a huge list. I agree with the post above, for our “model” to work we have to have the best scouts in the league Whoever sits above them also needs to understand that ‘Experience’ is a vital metric to add to their spreadsheet too. Something which has clearly been overlooked until now.
