These owners are some of the most incompetent ever seen at any level of professional English football, and if we want our club not to drop even further down the leagues, which believe me we will under this level of incompetence, they need to be receiving some serious shit from the fans now

This is the issue and very worrying when you look at the bench and realise that 7 of the 8 are just really there to make up the numbers and be a like for like replacement incase of injuries or as a change for the sake of making a change for fresh legs. Barely any of them are there to actually make a positive impact. Robinson being the only one. The rest? Absolute waste of time as far as improving our chances of winning a game late on, which unsurprisingly we NEVER do, since the opening day.

The sad part of this is, he’s probably a decent bloke, but I absolutely hate the bloke with a passion now for being a regular catalyst of our recent decline and being right at the heart of it with his total ineptitude. I can’t even stand the sight of his face now

It’s not “a bit weird” when our defeat stems largely from his lack of game management, rigid formation that he won’t budge from, terrible team selections (Bazunu) , and most notably, utterly woeful substitutions with the game hanging in the balance , that massively massively weakened our team and hugely contributed to our defeat today. So no, not weird at all. He’s a coach looking exactly what he is, a young man with zero prior experience , starting to look out of his depth with little acumen behind him either within his support staff. Exactly. We aren’t good enough to have the luxury of taking our best players off with matches in the balance , to keep them fresh, or we end up getting beaten - and this happens almost every single time we do it. I can only assume it’s arrogance as to why he’s taking off our best players with the game at 1-1, as he’s assuming we will still do enough to win. Keep your best players on the fucking pitch until the game is bloody well won, you utter, utter fuckwit.

As has been said before, anyone defending Bazunu’s continued selection because “he’s good with his feet”, is akin to wanting Damion Downs starting up front because he takes good quick throw ins. Mental.

For me I’d go as far as to say Eckert should be worrying for his job, for straight away putting this useless prick back in goal as the first thing he changed. Starting to have more and more parallels with Selles than we originally thought. The one dimensional tactics and formation, the terrible subs making us progressively worse as each game goes on, the lack of clue how to rescue a game or make positive influences and the safe dull boring cowardly football. Selles won’t get an other top 2 division job again, league one if he’s lucky, and this guy is just as limited.

Spot on. At the end of the day, think of the frustrations we have about players, managers , recruitment, staff etc - it all stems directly from decisions made by our owners. Should be an obvious thing to identify but we are going to be forever in this vicious cycle of being exasperated by various aspects of how this club is being run and performing, until they fuck off

The one key constant of all of these ridiculous situations the club finds themselves In, is our owners. I’m willing to bet anything that we will be in league one before the prem as our next change of division

You just know he will come out with exactly the same system and personnel second half, and we will be a yard slower than them, half asleep after the break as usual.
