Championship standard CBs unfortunately. They're all over the place.

I hope Armstrong/BBD aren't playing as wide as they were last weekend or Brentford CBs will have their easiest game of the season.

Edwards has also looked very suspect.

That would be a weird celebration.

Wood looks as bad as he did when we thrashed Swansea last season.

I wasn't his biggest fan but it feels like that Archer and BBD are downgrades as things stand. I hope they both prove me wrong but cheap options come to mind.

It was loud at the beginning of both halves but performance on the pitch made it go a bit stale, shame about the other 20,000 fans who'd rather sit there in complete silence though.

The formation yesterday was a weird one. The two forwards playing as wide men ensured the Forest CBs had an easy day. I'm not sure what the thinking was behind it but hopefully that will be binned off pretty quickly.

Yep, it's going to be an embarrassing season unless something changes quickly over the last few days of the window. Edozie, Smallbone, Stephens, McCarthy and Aribo should be nowhere near a Premier League squad.

There isn't even a pass to make there. I've got no idea what he's seen there. He should never have got a new contract, he was 3rd choice for most of last season. It is neglect from the club to not sign a goalkeeper after the shocker of a preseason he had.

The warning signs were there all fucking preseason and the club haven't acted. Failure of a transfer window starting with that clown in goal in a Premier League game.

It does surprise me that we've not looked to improve our starting CB options considering how many goals we conceded last season against lesser opposition. It's hard to see us getting anything today, I just hope there's some hope and we don't get absolutely thrashed.

That seems good value when you consider what we paid in transfer fee plus wages for the League One standard Bazunu.

It's 10% or 3,000 to the away side for the Premier League. Football League was a minimum of 5% of the capacity. I hope we've capped it at 3,000 as I believe we were actually giving out 3,400 last time out in this league.

McCarthy is going to be an absolute disaster in the Premier League.

Possibly but he's still pretty poor at this level in my opinion.

But how many actually improve the starting 11 from last season? I hate this mentality of improving the squad, improve the starting 11 and that in turn, improves the squad. As things stand, our only new player that improve the starting 11 from last season's starting 11 is BBD.

I find it mental that we seem to be happy with our CB options considering how many goals we shipped in the Championship last season. Edwards/Wood are clearly squad fillers for now and don't improve the starting 11.

We are going to concede an embarrassing amount of goals this season I fear.

It would look a lot better if the red/white were switched around in my opinion.
