Our lack of interest in any new full backs could be explained by the academy. I hope.

True. The mobile billboard on worldwide tv element may outweigh the visibility around southampton angle though. I fear that shirt sales and therefore fan desire is irrelevant. This is however contradicted by the exposure given to the shirt launches.

Fingers crossed he is. The lack of movement for transfers in this position could be explained by this. So easy not to trust it though after seeing players who were not ready come in under the Lowe/Poortvliet season. So many careers stillborn.

Fingers crossed. I want to look on my collection in years to come and see this as a blip. No certainties though. I do wonder what financial impact a shirt boycott would actually have. 20,000 sales with £30 profit every time yields £600k. It's nothing really compared to the premier league money. Hopefully though it is still regarded by NC as significant. Makes me wonder about the true motivation of the design change though... and that it happened as soon as we got to the Premier League when other income streams are more significant.

We'll file you in the 'don't care' column then B Rabbit. Is that ok? 14% is still a lot of people.

You assume that it's all on me. It's not, I am trying to aid facilitate something the majority want. I personally am nothing as far as the campaign is concerned... it's about the majority desire for the shirt design to revert to stripes. Any personal attack on me is meaningless. What is your opinion on the new shirt Sour Mash?

PRE-SEASON: Southampton vs Beşiktaş - (17:30 BST)
Colinjb replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Many thanks. I didn't see the game today, life got in the way. Good to hear that there were so many positives. Really am hoping that Isgrove is more of a Lallana in terms of his future then a Reeves. -
Such a shame some people are so small minded. However: No, i'm not an example to anyone. I have never stated that I am, I just want the stripes to return. I also know I am not alone in that and have wanted to at least try something to raise the profile of that. Do you want the stripes to return or are you part of the still numerically significant (albeit still a minority) who like the new kit?

It is filed away with the rest of the collection, thankyou for asking. Incidentally, If you know of anyone selling an original air florida shirt, do let me know.

Looking forward to Alpine's well balanced and informative report. Or has witnessing a Saints victory in person caused the poor chap to explode!? -
Not £350m How much is Premiership status worth + Our infrastructure and first team? I would work from there.

3-1? Really? Nice! -
Disappointing. You would hope they would be trying to put themselves in the shop window. Maybe the promotion elevated wages have killed their drive.

The last Ford Transits have rolled of the Swaythling production line

There's a very vague stipulation that could be utilised. -
Really that terrible?

The Cat, what's the score? The Cat, The Cat, what's the score?

Pleased if a little surprised that this fixture is continuing. I was under the impression that Eastleigh were upset we had sent a second string to them a year or so ago.
-
Well, they want to re-sign Ricardo Rocha. Make of that what you will.

Don't joke about that... you'll set MLG off!!! Next door to a motorway, Airport and Train Station..... boom!!! -
This is a different debate for me. Regardless of the issues with it it's something that cannot be tackled until we are out of Europe and have re-established our own constitution and will no doubt be a masive part of any debate should we come to have a referendum. An entirely separate can of worms. Illegal immigration on the other hand is a pertinent and relevant issue now that action should be taken on.

Or a country of people too afraid to offend at the expense of the nation's integrity? Immigration is a problem. Like many parts of this country's infrastructure it is open to abuse. Unfortunately many would rather stay quite to avoid risking offence rather then trying to address the issues head on. Will this program be effective? Probably not. Will it cost much? It's a van with a billboard, nope. Does something need to be done? Yep.
