Saying that people from the outlaying Hampshire villages shouldn't support Saints was pretty f**king low. There is at the very least a nasty edge to you.
-
Was a little surprised to see that Carl Baker is 30.

Newport County v Saints would send The9 into meltdown. Wouldn't mind someone in the west midlands personally.

Who is to blame for the Summer of inactivity?

Not such a bad age. Welcome to the forum. -
Sadly have to agree. This site has become a clash of egos rather then a place for discussing football. The 'discussing' point is key. It's becoming just as bad as when Stu was shouting in every thread.

If you could relive one footballing moment, what would it be?
Colinjb replied to kwsaint's topic in The Saints
It would be nice to be able to experience that. -
Yes, a fair few have in our squad. They had a chance to grow together though rather then immediately make the leap. I'm sure there are a few out there but I do not see Baker as being one of them.
-
Give Coventry a season at least! League 1 for the moment. Carl Baker is good, but I don't think he is premier league standard. Chaplow is as good an option as him.
-
So much for this game then! A shame it's already sold out. Good show from our support though.

Under no circumstance explain this euphamism. For the sake of us all.

All this over an alleged move that hasn't happened?

@Gulydopradosfc Thanks for the best wishes after the hat-trick against Chelsea guys. More to come. #Iswearit

Why of all places did he have to go there....
-
There may be a few fringe players in there but I would be sure of some key names appearing. The atmosphere alone would call for some more experienced heads.
-
Yep. It really would be good to play them now.

How in the name of Ted Bates could you say realistic based on your track record!?!! -
If they do somehow overcome Bournemouth, when is the earliest we could play them?
-
Thought this was for unlikely tweets.... @officialpompey We would like remind fans to respect the minutes silence in our league cup clash at St Mary's tonight. #wearef*cked

If true, then it will reminds me of when one of the sports shops in the Swan Centre, Eastleigh sold Skate shirts for a short time around 2000/2001. They only lasted a week or two before being withdrawn. Such was their popularity.

Have you ever taken a bird or your Missus or both to watch Saints?

Trolling with sexism isn't my field mate, I'll leave that to you. -

There certainly is a minority of idiots who treated our games in League One as though it was the be all and end all. I remember standing upstairs in the old King Alfred and watching a police escort shepherd about 50-80 Chavs to the Stadium as they shouted at the Saints fans who happened to be nearby. I also remember a debate I hate on facebook with someone from late kick off about them labeling our matches as a local derby. I made my own personal feelings clear on the matter a few years ago in my blog. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/entry.php?56-Derby-Day All there is is proximity, nothing else. I do not know of many relationships in the football league like ours, where many fans of both sides actively want the other to do well.
