  1. It's just a shame that Pompey Online isn't as interesting as it usually is. Give it a day or two mind.
  2. One less set of Stamps to buy. It's becoming quite expensive!
  3. You reap what you sow Mack. If you are willing to be a tart don't be surprised if you are passed around like a crack whore amongst the pimps.
  4. Looks like Murray is being allowed to win another Tennis match.
  5. Simon Gillett has passed on the opportunity of a lifetime. Despite a trial at Fratton Park he has joined Nottingham Forest. Clever lad.
  6. To pick himself up from defeat a month ago, to face the same gauntlet again and to prevail in that imperious fashion. Andy Murray, that was heroic.
  7. Indeed, the only 'not trying' i've seen was Murray letting Federer take that previous service game, saving himself for his own serve.
  8. No, this is the part that's b*llsh*t.
  9. Murray now serving for the match.
  10. In a word, B*ll**** my friend. This is the best Murray has ever played.
  11. He will. He's won this game.
  12. Incorrect, he's just been on the end of a thrashing. He has been broken. And he is obviously still trying. He fought back from 15:40 down to win that game. He is not rolling over but he is being given a stunning test and is barely holding on to stay in it.
  13. I think Federer has admitted defeat now, his shots are wayward, his focus shot. Murray has blitzed, dare I say, smashed him.
  14. He's broken him in the third set! Brilliant!!!
  15. Relax, there's no possible way Murray could win a top class tennis tournament unless Federer let him, of course not. Incidentally, he has two break points in the third set.
  16. The way he was fighting to win the third game and break Murray's serve back, no chance.
  17. Broken Federer again. 4-0 up in the second set. He can't lose from here, surely.
  18. Andy Murray a set up v Federer and broken his serve in the second set. He is looking exceptional today.
  19. I think Tal Ben Haim has placed his faith in the PFA. He will get his money, and the Skates will finally die.
  20. Cannot agree more. Just highlights the difference between those that are given the world for the talent they have and those that have to work hard every minute of every day for recognition/achievement. Football really is a sickening sport at times.
  21. Time to dispose of Stuart Pearce from all levels of national responsibility, an utter dinosaur and everything wrong with the national game. Other then that. Today has been perfection.
  22. What a night!!
  23. I don't think so. She competes in a jack of all trades discipline and is capable of being the best in the world at just one of the tasks (Matching the last olympic winning time in the 100m hurdles...) while not sacrificing competitiveness in any of the others. Truly incredible.
  24. Not forgetting Michael Johnson in Atlanta 1996.
  25. This. After watching South Korea in Cov last Sunday it was clear that they are a capable side. Frankly, to get this far owes more to Jack Butland's individual performance v Uruguay then anything about the team' itself.
