Time has lessened my dislike for the new kit (it's the all red thing that bugs me, not the shirt per sé.) However, just like the Sash kit, which I absolutely loved...... after about three months of the season I will begin to get really bored of it and wish we were back in the Stripes with black shorts/white socks.

For me, a star player in any side that has played premiership football and winning an international cap does tick the box of 'made it.' At 26 he is hardly old, if anything he should be entering the peak of his career.

Disagree. Home shirts reflect the identity of the club, away shirts are disposable and temporary items and therefore are never usually remembered (although our yellow shirts hold an affection due to the cup win/final) Use of Red and red alone on the home and dismissal of white on the away is not right.

With Black shorts and white socks, not all red, it's the entirety of the strip I don't like, not just the shirt itself, I had got used to the idea of that.
