What odds can you get on us not going up automatically?
Colinjb replied to Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd's topic in The Saints
I was always taught never to bet more then you can afford to lose. Oh to be in the position of being able to lose £100. -
Quick enough to point the finger at the local rivals when it suits him but has history with the team he is meant to support. What a loser.

I've had the same thoughts too, the item has been removed.

Tell me you meant to say 'ten....' -
Absolutely. To f**k with a club employee is to f**k with the club itself.

To make a silk purse you must first have a tangible sow's ear. The illusion of a sow's ear is not enough.

Hidden answer yes. Some of us like to simply 'scan' these threads. Kudos to Mowgli. -

Darlington may be a good shout. Not just near the relegation zone but pretty much nailed on for it. If we are going for the biggest drop in two years, it'll be interesting to see where the Skates end up next year. See if it can rival the demise/reformation of clubs like Halifax, Maidstone, Aldershot, Chester City etc. -

And the 'Theme from Big Bang Theory.' What does that mean in actual units sold? -
I call it a ruler. It's now been added to the dictionary thanks to common use. Evolution of language at work, interesting to see. I wonder how long it will take for LOL, LMFAO and FFS to be recognised, along with Txtspeak.

You would hope that a spell in league 1 or non-league would embue them with a much needed sense of humility, just as we have had to endure over the last 7 years. Somehow though, I suspect they are too deluded/stupid to ever truly get it. They are not a big club (similar in scale to Huddersfield, at best), they have profited/gained enjoyment from their team cheating and oh yes, they do deserve it.

I believe we have an answer! Oxford United won the old division 3 in 1983/4 and then immediately won promotion as champions to the old first division by winning the second division in 1984/5. -

I would suggest the best place to look would be to see the winners of the championship and predecessors in this list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_winners_of_English_Football_League_Championship_and_predecessors And compare it to all clubs who have achieved promotion from League 1 and predecessor level in this list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_winners_of_English_Football_League_Championship_and_predecessors -

No, they had at least one season of mid-table at Championship level before Jean Tigana led them to winning the Championship. -
For away games i'm a bad omen. And for that reason I am on a work trip for the Peterborough game and in Malta for the Middlesbrough game. Feel free to thank me with beer tokens.

Dad asked the odds for me at the Coral in Winchester last week, they refused to offer. -

How about a gentleman's agreement with Reading play for a draw? Stranger things have happened.... ....Oh, wait, this isn't Serie B.

Did you interpret the ending in the same way I do? (Spoilers: That Shepard had been fighting indoctrination and the final confrontation with Anderson/The Illusive man is a manifestation of this..... and that the 'child' is the visual representation of the Reaper's attempts to manipulate Shepard?)

On Monday I purchased my first set of bolt cutters. I heart them.
