I got to a stage of going 3 times a week after Christmas but now I go twice a week alongside my training for the Great South Run. For membership you can pay for a once a week or 'unlimited' package.

I am a member of the classes in Coventry, really enjoy it. They split the classes into three 'standards' differentiated by bib colour. Beginners in Blue, Intermediates in Red and Hardcore b*stards in Green. I usually sit firmly in the red group but have tried the green sessions as an 'upper red' (they do mix things up from time to time to try and push people on....) It's all very good stuff, a great mixture of cardio and strength building drills. I would recommend it to anyone.

What I don't like is the entire forced nature of it. It's not being run the entire way to London around the country, it's being ferried to bus to key locations. Including from just outside the centre of Winchester up worthy road to Kings' Worthy on the damn bus. Kings' Worthy to Winchester and back takes me, with my limited jogging ability 30 minutes. It's less then two miles from the Albion by the Railway Station to the Cart and Horses! And they are putting the torch on the bus for it! Idiocy.
