  1. Quite possible that off the field matters may be derailing his progress. A fresh start somewhere else could be best for all concerned.

    Poch to PSG

Only after Pellegrino to Real Madrid

    Coronavirus

And just what will this entail? Nothing has been filtered down from our SLT in terms of what role we are playing.

    Coronavirus

Considering that may be the only way I, and my colleagues in the teaching profession could get one, then I would consider it to be sensible. As long as it doesn't negatively effect supply to the most vulnerable.

    Coronavirus

Speaking for my school, our remote curriculum works superbly, we have delivered all lessons according to schedule for all year groups since the first lockdown. They are given via Teams, the children can login remotely and then the lessons are given via either powerpoint or (as I prefer) to use my visualiser and write notes and questions for the pupils as we go. This meant that key worker students who could be in my classroom can follow along with all remote students and will be how I continue next week. What isn't working is engagement. It started at 60% then dropped to non-existent for some classes by lockdown's end. The parental support wasn't there so the attendance wasn't either.

    Walcott

His work ethic and work-rate has won me over from my initial skepticism. He has been invaluable for us, particularly in light of Ingsy's injuries. He is not a perfect player, but that it is not what we expected. He is an experienced, rapid option that has provided us with a valuable extra dimension in attack. If he wants to stay on after the loan, and his evident enthusiasm has soon enough for me to hope this would be the case; we would be daft not to keep him.
  7. We are not afraid to go toe-to-toe with anyone now. The result was not ideal, but we are living in charmed times. And the ref can go suck a..........
  8. Hearing praise from he who must not be named. Feels so dirty.
  9. Just leave that elephant alone, he's fine minding his own business.
  10. I really hope we beat Arsenal, there's something so gratifying about seeing them struggle.
  11. Anyone watching our next opposition? Arsenal currently 0-0 v Burnley.
  12. 17 points from safety with 26 to play. 😉
  13. Billy Davies, surely.
  14. Yeah, Djenny seemed utterly resistant to running at his opponent...... But that's what he does..... Maybe an instruction to play it safe? And Alex was on fire.
  15. A fair point, good game. Wolves are very tidy and we went for them. Will not dwell on Theo not taking that chance, Wolves spurned many of their own.
  16. Mayonnaise. Emulsified egg white and vegetable oil, come along to be in every single pre-packed bit of sandwich and wrap you can think of, including the ones that on face value wouldn't require it. Chicken Tikka doesn't contain this appalling waste of calories, so why do the sandwiches? Disgusting, vile gloop.
  17. Just seen on Channel 4, a new approach by the club it seems. This must be quite specifically regionalised.
  18. So, one article says we are over the hill. The other states our squad is the third youngest in the league. Love it.
  19. Sing it guys.... Just wonderful, can't believe how good some of our play was tonight. It didn't feel like watching Saints at times, that good. Subtle flicks, confident triangles, direct pass and press. All without our talisman and with a prodigy returning and showing his love and desire for the club that helped make him. Loving this.
  20. A win is a win. Played wonderfully to get to a point where even when we implode it was irrelevant. Happy birthday to JWP.... He took his goals brilliantly.
  21. You wouldn't have him in for Redmond?
  22. No-one does melodrama quite like the scousers.
  23. For many reasons, glad i didn't pay 15 quid for this.
  24. Project 'Big Picture?' No, project 'opportunistic b*stards.' Using the covid crisis as an opportunity to solidify position with a dangled carrot of supporting the lower leagues which will see it through. Quite disgusting really.
  25. I shall file this in the 'Never Boring' part of being a Saints fan, while praying it's all hot air.
