  2. Anyone planning to go to this game? Some of the ex-saints that are returning deserve a good reception, hopefully they get a decent crowd in raise plenty of cash for charity. Will be odd as obviously everyone will be supporting the Saints Legends, not sure if the Russell Martin XI fans will be put in the away end?
  3. That's a good point to be fair, hard to argue against
  4. We are not staying up I'm afraid.
  5. Season ticket holder reserved seats now released so loads of availability in Itchen Centre for any displaced Kingsland supporters who want equivalent seat
  6. Went there with low expectations, thought we played alright, shame we couldn't have held onto the lead for a bit longer though. I blame our fans singing "how shit must you be we're winning away" Good celebrations in our end for Archers goal, enjoyed that, we had a few chances, Dibling good effort and Fernandes just over the bar. Tall Paul looked a lot livelier than we'd seen in previous cameos, need to get more crosses in for him, such a handful that he'll create space for others. Not sure if Leicester game will be right for him but he deserves some more chances to show he can make a difference
  7. Think he's a bit unlucky to be in England u19 squad still and not promoted to u20 or u21s, also u19 play 3 games in international break, seems a bit much for someone featuring regularly at Premier league level
  8. Koeman out!
  9. Might have just been an onion for him then, jumbo sausage for Pinder.
  10. Can always rely on the railways to add some extra misery to an away defeat https://x.com/SW_Help/status/1841523558524043281?t=2pb3-jkgB81eCRrj0Tn5ww&s=19
  11. Sammy with have his hands full
  12. Don't hear that song enough nowadays
  13. Last time we were relegated Arsenal couldn't beat us, take some inspiration from this , Martin could give Selles a bell for some tips , whatever happened to Alcaraz?
  14. Remember that one mate, think Yoshida came on for his debut and had to be shown where to stand for a corner, some of the defending was up there with what we've seen this season
  15. Don't feel too sorry for us, it's a day out with your pals have a few shandies in some good old London pubs, the game is just part of the day
  16. That's brilliant, well played Jack πŸ‘
  17. Seems excessive, I don't recall other examples like this.
  18. 9-0 Only joking, we're due a league win away at Arsenal
  19. Disappointing the Kingsland stand is closed, was planning to treat myself to a padded seat in block 31 https://www.southamptonfc.com/en/southampton-vs-stoke
  20. They will Grandad, they will. *depending on your definition of a good time (I'm including exciting cup runs, promotions etc)
  21. You say that, but I'm not sure he is, was hanging around a fish and chip shop at the weekend, might have just been having chips and a pickled onion I suppose
  22. You can only truly appreciate the good times once you have experienced the bad. Philosophy.
  23. Discussion last night at half time, will we manage another 9-0 on this visit to the Premier league?
  24. I don't disagree with you, there were some particularly frustrating games, but last season was still a refreshing change after the previous years relegation and I do "miss" the championship (yes I know we'll be back there soon enough)
