Maybe he is trying to get back in favour with Nasty Nic - he will claim that any improvement in our average attendances are down to thousands of hacked off cherries rather than because of the fantastic football we are serving up! It would be a bit ahead of the 5 year plan, so maybe we'll go back to the beginning of the blue print .... a dalliance with with play offs, just coming up short but offset with a winning visit to Wembley in The League Cup, meaning next season will see a European Tour and a successful promotion campaign ..... progression and fun along the way, before we get to the poisioned chalice that is The Premier League. We'll have to sign mercenary foreign players and bertie big bollix brits on silly money wages because everybody else does, which will completely ruin our all for one on the bus together comraderie, as some players travel to games in their helicopter or Lear Jet and post moody tweets about the rest of the squad not being good enough. AND, we'll lose a damn sight more games then we win and will have to pay 60 quid per match for the pleasure .... is that what we want?
