If you get a chance, instead of a Dry Slope get yourself off to a Snow Dome. Double up that with a trip to Coventry City and go to the SnowDome aa well!! Word of warning, avoid dry slopes in the few weeks before going on holiday - seen quite a few people sat in bars at ski resorts with broken thumbs / wrists which they got on a dry slope the week before their holiday!!

Don't suppose we'd have to much of a problem shifting 30 odd thousand tickets for a day out at Wembley though, should our reserve team get that far!! As somebody else mentioned, it is a good chance to get fringe players a full run out, and even stake a claim for 1st team duty. Our "2nd" X1 isn't too shabby to be honest, and without a game like tonights to keep there interest up they could quite easily get a bit rusty. We certainly seem to have more strength in depth now, compared to The JPT where we had to use most of the optimum starting X1. A good chance to get the winning mentality back on track, especially with a blank weekend coming up.

1/ You'll be very very very lucky to find anywhere cheap over The Easter Holidays .... or should I say resorts that are likely to have good snow in April. Not been to Obergurghl for over 20 years, but it is just about the highest in Austria, so if anybody has snow in that region they should. I guess it is still a very quaint, picturesque village, but not a hotbed of nightlife should you have any energy left!! Depending on whether you smoke or not, Austria last season had not imposed no smoking in bars, not sure how it will be in the coming season. Just about as snow sure as you can get are The French resorts Val Thorens / Tignes ? Val D"ísere but Easter prices will make your eyes water!! I think Cervinnia in Italy is quite high and maybe better priced. Good source of Resort info is www.skiclub.co.uk 2/ Don't even think for a minute that you'd be able to ski in a fleece and pair of jeans.... your little winkle will drop of with frostbite!! 3/ Ski lessons are a must either there or before you go, unless you are going with some very patient skiers who feel like teaching you the basics instead of having the time of their lives up on the slopes. It is not a cheap holiday, and extras like ski hire / boot hire, Ski Pass for using chair lifts etc, suitable clothing etc can all add up very quickly .. be prepared!!

My thoughts too. Let's not forget, he took over a completely demoralised team that had only won 1 of it's previous 11 games at the tail end of the previous season, and got relegated, and then started the new season on -10 points. Another run of only 1 league victory in 10 games whilst he was getting his feet under the table, and only breaking through the 0 points barrier on the 11th game (nearly a quarter of a season already gone FFS) and then end up only 3 points away from 2nd place if the -10 hadn't been in place was nothing short of miraculous to be honest. Not to mention instilling the winning attitude back into a team that had gone through monumental upheavel both on and off the field and only had 2 wins over a 21 game run. Yes there were times when his lack of a decent plan B irked, and it was obvious that there was something not quite right in the Pardew / Nasty Nic relationship, but that should not be allowed to detract from the wonderful set up that Nige has inherited. I for one, salute you Mr Pardew and thank you for getting our bus through its MOT and back on the road to glory.

Having listened to a bit of the post match phone in on Leicester Player (is that what it is called?) most of the callers were slagging off Sven for changing from 4 4 2 to 4 3 3 in the 2nd half which handed us the midfield and pushed Schlupp (?) into isolation out wide, so maybe a combination of the 2 changes for us and them

Lost every game we've failed to score first. not good enough still, put on a good show in the 2nd half but the first half performance might re focus the need for an experienced defender. And we are still in the top 2 !!
