Most of Antonio's best work seemed to be in getting back and hunting the ball down in defence, showing he is not a luxury player. He was always making himself available for passes out of defence as well with off the ball runs. The taters were constantly praising his efforts, but also reminded us of his hot/cold moments

Great result, but let's not think it's job done!! KK Dons won 5-0 at Hartlepool in their last away game. Take that score away and our 3 -1 win and only 2 teams have conceded less at home so they will be a threat f'sure :cool: Lets face it we couldn't defend a 1-0 lead for 25 seconds on Saturday .... so lets not get complacent here. But a win and clean sheet away from home, great support ... more ammo for the FeelGood Factor

Why would that be ... a straight red was OTT in the 1st place, a heat of the moment incident which in most games solved by a yellow and a final warning. The end of !st half brawl probably saw more shoving/pushing etc and resulted in no Reds. Are you saying The FA can impose harsher penalties because somebody appeals, but couldn't if they didn't appeal :cool: :confused:

The sort of thing you see in every game but normally results in a yellow as in reality the initial foul is always worse than a spontaneous retaliation shove/push. No point in appealing, by the letter of the law yes it was a straight red, but so should the MK Dons grab around the throat .. maybe consistency could be questioned :cool:

I for one would not like to see them go out of business completely, but am getting great amusement of watching them languish at the bottom of The PL and also all the crap news stories revolving around the club being unleashed virtually on a daily basis :smt081 This fred has given untold humour and entertainment to nearly 250000 viewings and nearly 7900 replies .... you've got to love them and thank them for making our day each day seem that much better

To be classified as Giant Killers we need a giant to kill, and although both MK Dons and Ipswich are in higher positions than us, they aren't Giant material. (Neither would be Skatesmyth were we to get the chance to kick their arses in a cup match )
