Stevo, VM ware is probably the best solution but not the cheapest. They also provide a backup solution to for all the VMs although you would need to have something like BE for granualer restore. Citrix are offering Citrix® XenServer for free now as they know the're up against it with Vm ware and Hyper V. Those were te days hey Andy. I even manged to put 4 past them in those games!! You got to admire them for turning out week in week out, I couldn't!! In the 12 - 0 game they did actually score the opening goal, good finish, their players went mad cause they had taken the lead against the league leaders but it was short lived as the off side flag was up :-)

Ecco what LS said about CK Browar great bar. The dont like you drinking straight form the beer tap but I guess thats understandable.
