I wonder if when in discussion with those in an around those sources close to bids, are they told it in the strictest confidence ? do they ask is this confidential information ? does the teller even use the words between you and me do not repeat this ? You could say it goes without saying when offered certain information you, if in a professional capacity, would keep information to yourself, however, invariably the information is banded about for all, which begs the question why ? are the MJ crew any different to Salz crew ? has Nickh at any point during his conversations with MJ or St David been asked to keep it 'between us' has Morph been told similar ?
