This I was told is true, a friend of a friend was on a flight back from South Africa when an announcement was made that they require everyones above head baggage, the reason being they have been told there was a device in a locker and the baggage condensed against the locker would go a little way in reducing the impact of an explosion, they were then allowed to phone their loved ones, being a night flight he got answerphones, however, all lights were turnt off and after circling for a period dumping fuel they were alerted by lights coming on outside and they were seconds from landing which they did safely. They believe it was either someone testing procedures, in the event of, or a decoy for a drug run or something along those lines, needless to say, if true, that would be a scary period.

It is unreasonable for us to believe he has not asked the question if he is in regular contact with MLT, if the Gaffer had posted he asked but MLT refused to disclose then that is believable or he did disclose in the strictist confindence and that has to be respected, again, fair enough, for us to believe he has not even asked the question ??? I still believe an ulterior motive exists in creating the thread.

I think part of the problem is that this has all been played out in public, commencement of other takeovers or the like happen behind the scenes many months before the average Joe is aware, factor in anxiety, factor in rumour of it all falling on its arse and all of a sudden 3 weeks seems like a lifetime, however, when the obvious is pointed out we must concede it aint that long really, is it ?

I thought I read the SFA will make the payment, however, I agree with your last point a Scottish Premiership club going pop over 250k should be a worry.

With a 26m payment due soon I would think it will affect the English Game, how that money was to be apportioned to the leagues I don't know but would assume most of it goes where most of it always goes, where we used to be.

The man heading up the deal posted on here c.72hrs ago stating all is well don't listen to the billsh1t, he may be full of it himself, however, how close to the proceedings does someone need to be to offer information in respect of progress, I understand some are not happy unless they receive hourly updates but lets get some perspective. Clearly some are out to rubbish Pinnacle and the deal, Crouch quashing the most recent rumour, I expect there are problems, why would it be plain sailing its a complex process hence solicitor 's' involved. The longer it goes on the more we will have to post about the most recent rumour in circulation(as long as a deal gets done of course)
