These review things really need some pictures if you want to attract the likes of me to this type of post. I don't care how funny the content is (and I assume it is funny Tokyo as that's what I expect from you), but when i see that amount of text without being broken up with pictures, I just feel dizzy and have to regain my composure by quickly focusing on any available avatars.

Ok so hypothetically let’s just say NC decided 8 weeks ago that it was time for a change. At that point he could: Sack Adkins and start looking for someone else, but that comes with all sorts of problems and implications, do you get someone in on a temp basis, moral on the team could drop, no-one knows what’s happening or who will come in and when they’ll arrive? Or he could start looking to find the right person (in his opinion) to take over. Then once he’s found them, he speaks to them, preps them and starts to get things ready for a quick transition. One things are ready he acts. Morally I totally agree the second option is harsh, but for the good of the performance of the club and team it has to be the better option doesn’t it?

Not at all, I'm just able to understand and see what the chairman is trying to do. I don't agree with some aspects of what’s happened, but I don't feel the need for every little detail to be explained to me any more than it already has. Hang on, so you are saying don't over complicate things, yet in the same sentence you are saying you want an explanation, even though Cortese has already given a simple explanation?
