problem is though, we are expected to turn up and support the lads every game, only to see us play badly, lose and get called not real fans by a 3rd rate boot cleaner. The whole club stinks at the moment, from lowe and his bad bad choices (again) of "managers" down to the 2nd part of this ridiculous experiment. It will make no difference if we get 26,000 + inside st marys, we will still be crap because of the crap tactitcs and team selections (especially under JP) so dont come on here spouting off saying that the ONLY people wanting to do something instead of sitting on the hands whilst our club heads towards L1 should stay away!

but it packs out domestic grounds for the twenty20 competition, brings familys and kids into cricket and adds an element of "fun" to it all. Hopefully it will lead to more kids wanting to get into the sport and going on to watch and maybe even play the longer versions of the game.

The only reason we didnt enforce the follow on is because 2 of the bowlers are ill / injured and its sooo hot out there for the rest of the guys too. Good decision imo, declare sometime after lunch tomorrow, gives us a day and a half to bowl them out

Ultimately, no-one wants this mess, no-one wants to stay away and if there was any other way to sort everything out then please tell us. We will go down this season, which will lead to administration and a -10 (at least) start to next season. At least if we did it now, then the points loss would apply to the current season, which as i said before, is lost already.
