I would add to that, that the manner in which the manager is removed probably has a lot to do with morale.

I wasnt there, I missed out on these views (not that I actually care, you understand). I can bet you that if the exact same post had been started by someone else - with teh exact same wording - people might have said "Ohh, tell us what was said" but the personal abuse wouldnt have surfaced.

There is a poster on here called "leftback" who has surfaced recently who is either "proper ITK" or "making up stuff about the new regime" depending on what side of the fence you sit on.
