Any ideas on what I would need to do?

Off to my folks place at Xmas and they don't have wireless there as they only have a single pc. That is connected to bband via USB. I'm planning on taking my iPod with me so I'm trying to find an easy way to get wireless connectivity. If I also took a Belkin USB wireless nic stick and plugged that in, can I share the Internet connection via this to 1 or more wireless devices?
