Not a recommendation, but I saw a bit of Fat Families yesterday. It's a show in which an overweight presenter has a go at obese people for eating too much. I'm convinced these shows just exist to make people feel better about themselves. e.g. you're probably not as chunky as the people in this show, your house isn't as much of a sh!t-hole as the faecal-filled horrors in How Clean Is Your House.
