Regardless of the starting formation I don't suppose Jones was expecting our boys to keep passing to players in black and white. The first goal came from giving the ball away twice in our own half.

Never recovered from stupidly giving the ball away twice in 5 seconds to concede the first goal. Good effort 2nd half but chances missed again.

More training on how to beat a 'keeper when one on one is in order. Those two chances missed over the two legs will be the difference.
