Saints defending is an absolute panicked shambles.

Makeshift 'boro defence. That means Saints nil doesn't it?

Saints drop further down the table.

Virtually every game now is a "must win" if promotion is the requirement but losing recently to teams in relegation places shows how little confidence there is now. Certainly can't say I have any confidence even in one point coming back from the frozen north today. Saints are currently closer to the relegation than promotion places and defeat today will have us languishing in lower mid table mediocrity keeping more of an eye on what happens below us rather than above. An unlikely win might just rekindle some hope though.

Fellows showed at the end there what could have been if we didn't spend the game fannying around with it in our own half all the time. If TE really wants 3 points then maybe someone should tell him that Saints really need to think about attacking the opposition.

THB should hit the target. Could have sneaked the 3 points but 1 it is. Millwall still only 7 points ahead of Saints.

On the few occasions that Saints threaten the opponent's penalty area it's as though a fog descends on the players.

Millwall know that Saints will just tap it around 20 yds from their own goal line and then pass the ball to them. It's now difficult for them at all.

Saints with no attacking threat at all now. We're just mid-table mediocrity and are easy points for teams looking towards the top of the division.
