Performance is not mediocre, you drive it differently as the engine is a complete novelty. The torque and the power is all at the high end of the revs as the engine revs up to nearly 10k, the handling is sublime and I have owned jags mercs and BMWs Had mine 6 years and have had 0 problems with breakdowns and reliability , like most Jap cars its one of the strong points. If you are buying second hand just make sure the previous owner looked after the engine and topped up the oil after every other fuel up. I get about 250 miles out of a tank. when you are in 2nd and at 9.5k revs the world goes blurry and it is a wonderful thing. Crappest snow car I have ever owned though, really awful at that.

I own one and it is fantastic, drives like a dream. watch the Clarkson review on youtube, it isn't far off. No other car I have ever owned has made me laugh and smile so much. Plus its comfrotable to drive at low speeds and will seat 4 adults unlike so many other 2+2s As fast round the TG track as an M3 at the time it was made. Plus you get to say ****el in public downsides - road tax is expensive, you get through a LOT of oil because of the ****el, fuel economy is awful. But I wouldn't change mine for the world

I know off topic but when we went to Mombassa a few years back was stunned how many of the kids in the shanty towns had arsenal shirts on, clealry was a charitable donation thing but a really nice touch never the less. Would have thought a similar effort from Saints fans would be a really good thing to do -
Don't usually buy into conspiracy theories but have thought this for years. Bush was wounded by 9/11 and wanted to lash out but needed a hitler figure to focus the hate on. What continues to amaze me is how the majority of the Yanks I talk to still don't understand why anyone would want to hurt the US. I kid you not they use the phrase 'but we are the good guys!'

I push the defender and if I don't get booked for that I cut inside and miss -
Hmm , sort of agree . But to my mind it was more a dreadful Australia than a stunning performance by our chaps.

I'd stick them in again - they are all over the shop at the moment with no confidence

Basic physics , there is no threat Went to a recording of an programme at our univesity and they were showing people 'firewalking' after doing meditation. They then asked our professor of physics, how on earth they could do such a thing. He explained clearly about conduction being low so their feet were not at risk. 'so you could do it then?' posed the slightly miffed presenter 'certainly' he said and this octogenarian took of his shoes and actually shuffled through the coals at a much slower rate than the firewalkers

I don't really get the need to refer to ourselves as scummers though , thought that was the point of the OP. BTW did we not used to call them scummers in the 70s/80s or did I dream it? *edit* just reread above and yes we did

Sadly chickenpox can kill and have seen it happen. Can cause a nasty meningitis. This is the reason we vaccinate against measles mumps and rubella, yes the serious complications are rare but they are awful when they happen. Chickenpox is particularly vicious as a virus, not only does it scar most who have it, again some severely, but it never leaves you and takes up residence in your spine to reappear years later as shingles. They were close to rolling out a vaccination programme when the MMR hysteria broke so it was shelved. It should be vaccinated against
