please please please stop referring to her as Mrs D_P , at least google DP and only use it if you feel it still applies -
Surely you mean 'grow fan engagement' Still not sure I'd want to go to a feat in hospitality that involved a homoerotic group hug, no matter how good looking Dani is

Indeed or by being toe curlingly embarrased by how little of a sh*t our players apparently give about playing for their country. Mental as it sounds I'd much rather watch a team made up of championship Englishmen who cared and fought for their place than the load of overpaid mollycoddled wasters we have at the moment

MASH just finished it all the way through, epic stuff
-
Take it you don't lke to watch tournaments beyond the goup stages then?
-
Not sure. Pretty sure Mr Sheen is Polish though

Only people born in England should play for England

Athletics has the obvious example of what is right and wrong in my eyes . Farah - yes, Budd - No - someone who is bought over due to their talent compared with someone who has lived here as a kid from British parents. So each case on its merits I suppose but its hardly as if the international game is now considered the pinnacle of footballing achievement , why would anyone come here just to get in the national squad ? Also agree with Wenger who suggested we didn't want to get into a situation where people were bunged money to change passports -
Wrong bush Bearsy

hahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahah etc

I know Mitt and Bush are both repubicans - who is this Muff fella?

He is a major reason we have conceeded so few goals. The back 4 must love his breakup play. The rest of his game will improve I have no doubt but all the oppo fans I have spoken to really rate him and find him endlessly frustrating from their perspective
-
I'm a little bit in love with him

'A sparkling display.... At this weekends defeat to Fleetwood' Lovely stuff

Yeah, I'm not a great fan of Holloway but I was pleasantly surprised by that. None of the 'we'll have to look at it again bollix'

Cheers Nick - that really does put it into some context what a phenominal ride its been so far.

BBC might axe the "Sky at Night" prog
sussexsaint replied to Saint in Paradise's topic in The Lounge
I agree, sad thing is that it has the potential to inspire a lot of people in an amazing hobby. was in th eback garden with my boy last night as the sky was pefect. teh Milky way was so bright you could see detail in the milky river. We saw a load of meterorites and i showed him the andromeda galaxy through binoculars. Didn't have time to get the scope out. Its all up there and I'm sure most don't realise how observable a lot of this stuff is. It certainly helps put things into perspective whenever life gets you down mrs Brown, and people seem stupid or daft.... -

Signed. Gutted if it goes. It can only cost the BBC about £40 to put the bloody show on anyway. I was at Patricks house when they filed an entire episode a couple of years ago. 1 cameraman, 1 sound guy a few lights and Patrick with a visiting professor , Then cut to Pete in his front garden. When I think about the hundreds of thousands spent on inane shyte that gets pumped out it makes me really sad. -
If they bring 'the Crystals' you can wave goodbye to the idea of a clean sheet

Solid and dependable and does a specific job brilliantly

Ferraris and Sh!ts aside for a moment its always great to hear of a footballer doing things like this. Its not a new thing when I was a kid I met Steve Williams and Steve Moran through various charity things. My Aunt worked at teh general and said that most weeks a player or three would be up on the wards to meet people and sign casts etc. I think there is a significant gap between the media representation of a few nobs to the vast majority of players. Thanks for posting - did you talk to him about Saints?
