I've bought a PS4 after looking at both, although I'm sure you will be happy with whichever you go for. I have personal predjudices about microsoft which guided me away from the one - had so many issues with the 360 and not a fan of the way they dealt with accounts being blocked etc. Nowadays very few games are limited to only one console ( certainly compared to the megadrive/N64 era) so ultimately it comes down to personal choice the PS4 controller is the best controller I've ever held, excited to see what the game companies do with it
