Lots of short term planning at that club. Allardyce contract up at the end of the season. Lots of old players who are there for 1 year, then will go and they'll be back in the same situation as they were before. Although I don't think they'll go down this year, I can't see them progressing up the table anytime soon. Only going to get so far playing long ball.

We have enough depth at CB now IMO as long as Fonte isn't out too long and Forren is as good as being made out. Really don't think we need much now apart from a midfielder to give us a bit more if Lallana/Punch/Gaston are unfit or an option off th ebench.

I don't think Coutinho will happen. Ramirez always likely after he said he was close to joining, but get the impression that Coutinho wants to stay at Inter, but Inter want rid of him to fund Paulinho. All smells a bit dodgy to me as his price seems to keep increasing on a daily basis...
