Pretty certain he isn't. They all proved last year we can't play without a target man, so pretty sure Dobbin is more of a squad player to play in any of the other front 3 positions apart from CF.

Leo needs some help on the left hand side, Edozie is meh, Robinson showed pretty much nothing last season. Supposedly he can also play in the middle behind a striker, and also can play on the right. Fellows is decent but hardly set the world alight, and Matsuki I like, but lacks pace. He's probably an upgrade on most of those players...?

Hmm is it these days?! Avg prem players go for a minimum of £40-50m these days. It's not sustainable, but Azaz was what, £14m?, Sindre Walle Egeli singed for Ipswich last summer for ~£20m, Tresor signed for Burnley for £18m a few seasons ago, transfers are just a crazy business these days.

There are some terrible kits out this year... Newcastle (H) Bournemouth (H) Boro (all 4) I don't put ours in the terrible bracket, but in the slightly boring bracket.

Just look at Boro’s kits, absolutely honking, and it’s their 150 year anniversary.

I love the fact that some people on here are acting like JWP's 38 and past it... He'd strengthen every championship squad...his game has never relied on pace (probably the 1 thing thats meant he never went to the next level!) but he's pretty much always fit, great pro, great set pieces. Wages would be the only issue, but if he's willing to drop them down slightly, then he'd be great business, especially if we lose Charles & Jander.

Will be gutted if / when THB goes. One of my fav Saints players in recent seasons and he was class last season. Needs to be playing in the prem to grow now though really and he’ll be aiming for the Euros squad in 2 years. There for the taking IMO.

I absolutely don't disagree with you. But this model basically we had to spend £50m odd just to keep our squad together from promotion (plus we lost 2 key players in Stu Armstrong & Che Adams. But yeah, I much prefer what we did last season, by investing in Jander, Scienza, Azaz and then we can pull in likes of Larin & Peretz to improve the squad when needed. (though these postiions should have been dealt with last summer). There is no 1 perfect way, but from a business sense, the likes of Scienza/Jander we can flip and make good money on them within 1 season which will enable us to reinvest.

It's a tough one, as it was also the reason we were completely hamstrung when we got up...

I know most fans think they're hard done by, but we must be one of the worst teams to support. Continued barrage of shit thrown at us, as soon as anything starts going well we get fucked over. Whether thats our players being sold, managers being taken, owners going / dying, losing every week, and now cheating. It's so fucking depressing, why do we bother.

Seems like quite a big stretch to go this far just to get our own documentary...

I think you will be able to, as it will surely drop in most papers at the same time (normally get told a time to release certain news), and then Alfie House / Adam Blackmore will also comment giving a more balanced view of preceedings...
