Mods, can you set up a sort of poll to work out the average?
-
You appear to have a stu - stutter there
-
So which did you decide on? + rule 1 of course.

I think there was a duplex version as when we set it up it gave a duplex option. Antway, I can't get it to do that double sided print thing, ie print 20 copies then replace output stack in upper feed tray. It just keeps printing from the lower cassette, without prompting when it should pause. Hope that makes sense, but basically I am a bit too non-techie to change the settings, I have tried though.

How far do you travel? Found this piece on the Southampton Uni site: http://www.wessexscene.co.uk/sport/3054 Got me wondering how far our fans travel to the home games now that we aren't doing so well, has the average distance dropped? I live about 4 miles from the ground but make a 24 mile round trip (picking up my friend from Hedge End en-route). Bigger cities team's that do the drop like Leeds and Man City seemed to maintain good attendances but that could be due to the size of the local population. Akthough, I bet Man U would have a cataclysmic fall if they were to ever drop a division or two, apparently their fans average distance from Old Trafford is a crazy 77 miles!

Here's a link to the launch statement, even our illustrious clever bods refer to them as 'Skates'. http://www.wessexscene.co.uk/sport/3059 Also pointing out that we used to own Portsmouth! Spose we do again after Sundays drubbing.

"It's a crazy schedule, six games in 17 days and all big games" It's because Spurs were quite good that you've got them fixtures FFS! Is there a set of fans in England that wouldn't want to have 2 european matches, a bloody cup final and (on paper) an excellent chance at 3 points against Hull in the Prem within a week? This is one reason that I respected Poortvliet, he HAD to play young inexperienced team cos that is what he had available, but never complained. He may not have got results but he never blamed the circumstances.

Cheers Al. We make it in MS Publisher and do a simple copy/paste. The last edition had loads of photos from Christmas activities, so highlighted the problem. We'll try re-sizing for next month cheers. We try to stck with MS products so that the clients can easily copy what we teach them on their own PCs you see. Therfore we'll do the resizing in Office Picture Manager. Re the printing, it is was always 16 pages (double sided booklet), but is going to be 20 pages in future due to more clients getting involved in submitting their own work. Currently we've got an HP 3550, and my mate reckons we could just buy a duplex unit for that. But I would like to up it to something that is going to last for a few more years and simply do every job that we ask of it from printing greetings cards, the newsletter to high quality photos from the photography group that I also run. Actually on the subject of the photography group, a few months back we did a presentation and people on here helped with background music suggetsions. I forgot to thank you all, cheers. It was so well received that we were asked to produce the official calendar. Out of acorns...as the saying goes.
