I went through the predictor looking at each fixture and entered how I thought it would come out, without clicking update until i'd entered them all. Norwich have actually got an easy run in. And anyway, how do you know what results I put in? I did it truthfully, not making our main rivals lose all the time and us win all the time, otherwise this thread would be pointless.

We've already done Rovers at their place this season with a weaker team than we have now. Brighton are quality under Poyett.

We finish 5 points outside the play-offs according to my set of results, and that's winning every game except for Brighton away, which we lose.

Well personally, I would rather be loved completely by an entire city for the rest of my life. It's not like he's going to struggle for money if he doesn't move.

This is exactly my point. CCC clubs can't afford to pay that kind of cash, and Prem clubs can't afford to take that kind of gamble on a player who isn't even tried at Championship level.

Give him a break, Surman didn't want to leave. We needed the cash. FWIW he said he wouldn't be leaving 3 years before he actually did, so "at the first sniff of cash" is completely wrong.

Pardew was very shrewd in his "Rickie can be a Saints legend on par with Keegan and Channon". I'm sure the thought of being that highly regarded is a fantastic prospect for someone like him and it may just be the swaying factor in any decisions regarding transfers in the future.

Everybody has been saying it all season - including Rickie. Same with Lallana. Pardew did however say that if a Prem team came in with the right offer it would be up to Lambert, but that it would be a MASSIVE gamble for a Prem team to pay the sort of money Saints would want.
