If ever there was an argument against VAR this is it. An iconic moment to be remembered for all time ruined for the sake of an inch.
-
HOLY SHITTTTTTT
-
No, Coventry who just scored 3 goals against a top half Prem team and will be buzzing off their tits if they win the tie now.
-
Fuck me I thought that was in
-
Doesn't the final get moved if Coventry play in both?
-
Coventry signed that Hajji Wright last summer for less than we paid for Ross Stewart.
-
Coventry better win now they've cancelled the celebrity special deal or no deal.
-
Sounds like you're blaming the manager?
-
Yes, a better keeper would have had us top of the league long ago.
-
That's that then. Martin has failed. So many opportunities to not just get promoted but win the league.
-
Playoffs it is unless we pull another late winner.
-
Without that 6 yard pass we'd be in the relegation zone for sure.
-
100% save ratio this season, clean sheet in every game. Statistically the best keeper in the world.
-
It's exactly the same scenario as it was before. We need to win all our games and Leicester and Ipswich both draw one of their games left (or drop more points). Leicester have Preston away and Blackburn at home, both tough games.
-
And Vardy misses it. Baggies can easily get a point here, if not more.
-
The entire footballing world is wrong. You are right.
-
Said it before and i'll say it again, the main benefit of having a director of football role is to ensure continuity between different managers coming and going. It completely defeats the fucking purpose if you're getting through directors of football quicker than manager. Next person that comes in needs to be told that they will be here for the duration of the contract signed as minimum.
-
Agreed. I honestly wouldn't be against moving to the sash design permanently.
-
I did, but after this? Not so sure. We're going to need to sign a new number one in the summer now - not a stop gap, not a "can do a job", we need to get the best keeper available with the funds we have. And with Bazunu coming back from a serious injury and a new keeper potentially cementing his place in the team, who knows if he'll progress on the expected trajectory at all.
-
While I still think this is a potential workaround I didn't realise that clubs and league organisations outside the Prem weren't consulted about these changes beforehand. This change should be put on hold until a proper consultation and vote has taken place with every club that participates in the FA cup getting a vote.
-
You would hope they're pulling out a "column" of seats from the away end to fit a barrier.
-
To offset the potential loss of earnings for small clubs from replays, they should change the way gate receipts are split so that they are 75/25 in favour of the team lower down the leagues, and still split 50/50 for teams in the same leagues.
-
I hate to break it to you...
-
How do you explain Bazunus keeping stats being so terrible compared to everyone else then?
