Bree dropped for absolutely zero reason and Manning comes back in to continually fuck it up.
-
Anyone remember how to get red button games on sky go?
-
Jesus Christ.
-
Made up stat, doesn't mean anything.

Hopefully it fires him on but really? It was hit along the floor in the middle of the goal. His control leading up to it was very good and showed good awareness but the finish was the most basic finish you'll ever see in football.
-
Not enough more than Bree to justify the complete and utter liability he is defensively.
-
Doesn't even need to spend on a left back, just play Bree who was great there. Absolutely no reason for him to be dropped except Martins stubbornness shining through again.

Just watched it again, good save sure but when I look at saves like that I imagine if it had been conceded would we be saying he could do nothing about it or that he should have done better? That's a save you'd expect a first choice keeper to make, end of. It bounced twice before it got to him, that shows it wasnt hit particularly well.

Not sure what half it was in as I was working so only saw the highlights that went up shortly after the game, but yeah low to his right.

Aribo had a great game didn't he? Will he keep his place and someone else drop out for Downes?
-
I agree. It only looked that good for him because he's normally so slow to dive for those kinds of shots, this time he actually committed early.

Saints fan that collapsed at Rotherham game passes away

That story has genuinely blown me away. Sorry to pick this out of what is an incredible story but; Was it!? I seem to remember the Rotherham keeper going nuts at the ref trying to get the game stopped, I don't remember the game stopping at all. -
F*ck sake.

If only we had a calmer, more experienced head who knew how to stay focussed to the final whistle.
-
Haven't seen it, but I knew you weren't talking about the Watford keeper here.
-
Can't see him surviving this.
-
Stays like this, the top four have pulled away from the rest.
-
So is it 1-1 or not? (Tongue in cheek!)
-
He did. Now he's a really good keeper. In 10 years time I have no doubt Bazunu will be a really good keeper too.
-
Disagree fully. We conceded the second most goals in the league last season, whereas a bunch of teams stayed up scoring the a similar amount or even less than us. There were 20 games last season in which we either drew or lost by one goal - fine margins. If a better keeper made the difference in just half those games, turning 5 draws into wins and 5 defeats into draws, we'd have had an extra 15 points and would have been safe.
-
That was Che, I was the first person to say it when we signed him looking at the compilation of his goals, I was largely mocked for saying it and then it became the prevalent opinion after a couple of seasons.
-
Leno, Henderson, Pope all available the summer we went for Bazunu instead.
-
I agree, it shows we should have signed an experienced keeper and maybe we'd have stayed up.
-
Luton can only blame themselves...well Kabore anyway. He took absolutely ages strolling over to a throw in with 60 seconds left and the referee clearly indicated he'd be adding time on.

Thank god you shortened your reply.
