  1. One out of every 2.13 shots.
  2. Reap what you sow, he hasn't exactly earned himself a lot of forgiving leeway with those four terrible results in a row.
  3. God the scenes when Rasiak hit that equaliser. And then...the scenes when Idiakez hit the roof.
  4. I have no idea, but to outsiders our squad probably wouldn't have looked that good. Even we wouldn't have been able to predict, having just been promoted from league one, that the squad had players in it capable of performing at the top end of the Premier League, playing for top 4 sides and even winning a European Championship.
  5. Because Martin wants him to hold position and wait for the pass, then pass it on, then move 5 yards wait for the pass, pass it on, move 5 yards...
  6. "Rotherham keeper is better at being a goalkeeper" is absolutely legitimate grounds for criticism.
  7. Makes a mockery of the fact we sold JWP so cheap though doesn't it, the fact they kept so many of their players. We seemed desperate to let him go.
  8. I wouldn't have booed, but then I haven't been a regular home attendee through all the absolute shite of the last 5ish seasons. I think the people that have attended regularly and seen all the crap they've seen in that time have a right to be unhappy that we haven't beaten Rotherham at home in the Championship.
  9. Next time he talks about scar tissue from last season can someone show him the league table and point to Leicester at the top.
  10. Well the good news is at this stage last season Burnley only had 3 points more than we do now. The bad news is Leicester somehow have 10 points more than they did and Ipswich have 8 more - both clearly having phenomenal seasons.
  11. If it's the same one i'm thinking of from the stream, the referee actually DID give that freekick to us but the linesman gave it the other way so the ref switched it round.
  12. The trouble I have is that it seems on the face of it that the more direct, fast paced style in the first half is something that he's begrudgingly brought in due to the poor form rather than a genuine change in philosophy. Before the Stoke game he literally said "the way the players played in the first half against Leeds was probably a subconscious choice from them due to recent form". And it seems that he is very keen once we get into a winning position to switch back to his preferred style so it appears as if we've won playing his style of football.
  13. He was right to make subs he just made the wrong ones, taking off all our attacking players that looked dangerous but leaving Adams on who had done nothing. I can only assume he arrogantly thought the game was in the bag and that he could afford to give Adams the game time. He should have taken Adams off for Mara and Smallbone off for Charles.
  14. We also got Harwood-Bellis, tbf.
  15. Really good shout. Won't happen. The club are stubbornly sticking to the idea that he is top quality.
  16. You know "direct, fast football" doesn't have to mean long ball right? We were playing the ball direct and fast v Leeds, v Stoke and in the first half today. Second half we reverted to keep ball at all costs and, well, it cost us.
  17. But we didn't, so keep them on until we do.
  18. Find a way to play that works, great. But it isnt how Martin wanted to play and, even worse, it's the way fans have been screaming at him to play all season. Can't have that. So try and get a 1-0 lead playing that way then switch to his style and see the game out, taking all the credit. Just fucking play fast direct football with your first choice attacking line you pompous knob.
  19. Bazunu lobbed again, luckily he was offside.
  20. Their player initiated the contact for that freekick.
  21. Yep, he kills all momentum we build.
  22. Streams shuddered to a halt.
  23. It's not about results, trust the process.
