Switching back to 3 central defenders would be ludicrous now. We won a single game this season playing 3 at the back. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Also the fact that Rose has had an established career in the Prem, is very highly rated and has played for England. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

If true (very unlikely, it's Twitter) he won't be missed too much. Has the physical attributes to be a very good player but no good for us right now. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Nonsense, the Walker Peters talk was about long before Cedric leaving was mentioned. You're telling me that if the Cedric to Arsenal deal fell through now we'd be in trouble? Then we wouldn't have announced the signing. We saw a chance to get some money and high wages off and replace him with a player for very little who they must believe can do as good a job. Local derby at home it is then this year geez...

Just watched it on iPlayer and for reference, the woman in question was a hospital worker involved in Ben Culls treatment who actually used the phrase "scummer shirt", she never directed it at Ben or used it in an insulting way. Don't be so touchy Daz, that woman is in most likelihood a hero that has helped extend or even save many lives. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk -
Or half of Redmond's wages for a week. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Never been that impressed with him but willing to give him a go. Poch must have seen something to keep him around. Don't think we have any intention of making it permanent mind you. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Latham was highly rated by Dorch fans on loan there, said he looked a class above. Granted not very difficult at that level though. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk -

His crossing with his right foot has been far better than his shooting with his right foot. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk -
Isn't suggesting that sports chat isn't for women a sexist thing to say? Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

He looked resigned for a while before the game but after it seemed to regain some colour in his cheeks and some sparkle in his eyes, now he's back to his passionate self as we remember from when he first joined. We should really offer him a new 3 year contract with whatever he demands. So much cheaper and more forward thinking than trying to save money and risk paying compensation for another 3 failed managers. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

JWP seems to be a victim of the idea that to be good at set pieces you need to be scoring from the majority of them. News flash, even the best freekick takers in history missed more than they scored, and even the best corner takers would have had less than 1% of their corners converted in their career. We'll get an easy draw with a great chance of progressing to the quarters, and then go out meekly to Spurs. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

I'll be proper ****ed off if we never get to see a squad assembled by Ralph without the restrictions of the gash big money signings we're lumbered with right now. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Saints v Spurs (FA Cup) Match & Reactions Thread

Watching the extended highlights and two things struck me. One...Danso was absolutely terrible. He may be good at CB, but I'm starting to think we'll never find out. He is not a fullback, that's for sure. Two...as always, when Redmond plays on the right he creates SO much more. If Armstrong is out I really hope we stick Redmond on the right and bring Boufal or Djenepo in on the left. It's so frustrating that Redmond has played so little on the right in his time here as on the handful of occasions he has, he's always looked so much better. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk -
Money talks. That £7million Koeman wanted to stay is nothing compared to what we've now wasted on Puel, Pellegrino and Hughes. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Not doing our best to hang onto Koeman was the start of the decline. Losing Ralph would be equally as much of a mistake. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Offer Forster and Elyounoussi plus a sell on fee to Celtic for Ajer, he is going to be a top quality centre back. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Depends on the price really. English striker getting around 20 goals a season at 27 years of age should command a fee of at least £60million in this day and age. Given his injury record previously and our need to rebuild much of the team, could we really turn that down? Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

I read the other day that Adams hasn't had a single shot on target so far this season, any truth in that? Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Thought he was brilliant. I must have a blind spot with Hojberg as I just can't see what he brings to the side, consistently gives it away through sloppy passing or turning into trouble, rarely creates or scores, tackling isn't great...I'd rather see Romeu and JWP given a run together.
