Well I completely disagree, I think charging any amount would put a lot of people off. Also - i've said this a lot - but if MLT is under contract at Sky Sports, then there's not a lot anyone can do.

Pretty sure that, bar a backup CM, everyone was happy with our squad last season. Every team in the world can look at their squad and say "we could do with X player in Z position".

This. I think we'd average around 36k in the Prem. Nothing wrong with having a 4k "safety buffer".
