Agreed, but if we're winning by a few goals with 20 minutes or more left, i'd like to see players like Martin, Gobern and Forte on the pitch.

...but let's also remember that it's possible he was invited and declined. I personally expect to see him there, I think the silence from the Cortese-bashing press says it all.

It's a bit unfair giving the youth team players a chance to show what they can do rather than the senior players who are on the fringe. The academy lot will still be here next season whether they play on saturday or not, for some of the "back up" this may be their last chance to prove their worth.

Cortese said that there would be swipe card systems and instalment plans. I have no reason to doubt him in all honesty.
