Well for those of us who advocated something more than an instant death penalty for their cheating, that would probably bring a grin to even Old Nick's face. They win, they go pop, we get the result expunged that gives us a jump on WHU & gets us the nPc title. Think I would prefer that to the option of beating them, having the result expunged and dropping out of the automatic promotion spots But as I said, they are poopey they'll be fine and will no doubt sign Torres & Drogba in January even without being sold

Future Mrs D_P emptied the wastepaper bin in my office yesterday. She replaced the white/green plastic bag from Park & Shop we normally use as a bin liner with a red one. I have never seen a shop in Dubai that gives away Red Carrier bags. In fact it is well known down here that the desert is littered with Blue plastic bag trees. I will also (in an extremely RARE event) be taking the Red Metro line to the pub later to watch the game

And for a dose of reality, less we forget Saints went into Admin in early April 2009 Markus completed his takeover in early July 2009 That for a club with book assets of around 30 million pounds and at a cost of around 14million pounds Portsmouth have CVA of 16.5 (more than Saints cost) They (or CSI) owe Chinny around 17mil (his loans to the club & his charges They owe CSI 10.8 (OK they are in admin so there may be room for manouvere to reduce that) However, it still means the STARTING price is 44.3mil for an entity with zero assets And by AA's own words he had cash until the end of December. Of course, yet again the Maths do not add up. They'll be fine then

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/cricket/8962329/Hampshire-chairman-Rod-Bransgrove-sells-Rose-Bowl-lease-for-6.5m.html As it says on the tin South of England owes Rod a big debt of gratitude for bringing this facility to the area and funding it himself for so long. Hope it goes from strength to strength and gets more tests in the future

In this crazy modern world of Derivatives & CDS's, wouldn't actually be surprised if Chinny didn't ell the poopey mortgage and the Snoras loan note for around 75% of their value to some poor sucker's pension plan, thus actually making a profit and then getting the same pieces of paper back again.

My God THEY ARE SAVED! Clearly. AA is a GENIUS Really? Jeez, thanks for letting us know Now then, let's see. Bail out an insolvent country, buy their assets on the cheap. Or pour money into bailing out an insolvent football club? poopey - The Greece of the Football League. Neither one took the actions they should have, and both lived in give us money la la land.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/3999222/Portsmouth-fear-10-point-deduction-over-administration.html Wow massive piece of quality Journalism there But true And that final quote? The nail in their coffin of pain. (Well the last 6 or is it 7 owners ain't given a damn about anything other than getting their picture on facebook/in the paper/pretending to exist etc)

Let us not forget of course that marvellous interview where the Russians stated that "They bought the club Debt Free"

The 200 percent article - worth a read

Let us never forget that one of their dodgy owners was introduced to the club by Dave Richards And these are interesting http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/apr/21/premier-league-conflict-dave-richards http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/apr/05/premier-league-dave-richards-bullying Stories mentioning Conflicts of Interest and Bullying in their headlines and the Head of the FA and Lampitt at Pompey All smells a lot worse than some dead Skates Ooh and this http://www.insideworldfootball.biz/premierleague/41-news/9463-fulham-take-dave-richards-case-to-supreme-court And someone else has been on the case - time to mail him a link to this thread peeps? http://www.twohundredpercent.net/?p=9896

Hmmm It occurs to me. Now, IF you want to buy a football club, the VERY first thing that you have to do is to show that you are serious by providing PROOF of Funds. Now that is an interesting word, PROOF. So the SELLER of PCFC2010 must have been given PROOF that the funds exist. And yet now we have seen that those funds did NOT exist, in fact looks like they belonged to Normal Working People in the Baltics. So, a particularly SPECIFIC legal process appears to have gone awry. Surely IF you sold a car to someone who showed you "Bank Proof" you guys would find an Ambulance Chaser and get your money back, and yet we haven't actually heard of anyone doing this (apart from Chinny taking a mortgage) So, the question is. Did anyone SEE proof of funds from CSI? If they did then why are they not taking some action to sue the organisation that gave them the letter. OR, is it just possible that somebody actually FELL for the sales pitch and didn't actually ASK to see PoF? Oh dear, now if THAT happened, somebody somewhere (AA, Lampitt) could be in a whole heap of Compliance trouble. If only somebody had correspondence from CSI showing whether they were willing to actually prove funds. That could be a ticking clock for somebody AA?

A Higgs boson walks into a church. The priest says, “We don’t allow Higgs bosons in here.” The Higgs boson replies, “But if I’m not here, how will you have Mass?”

Some people who think AA is a blight on their industry?
-
Guys FFS keep up. I was telling you lot about what the IP industry thought about AA the FIRST time around. My favourite line was "If only IP was like football then AA could have been banned for bringing the game into disrepute YEARS ago". This IS important in the tale of their demise, and their (and CSI's) current mess simply for the way he has been appointed AGAIN. Dodgy Keeper doesn't cover it, he makes Bart's performance last Saturday look like Gordon Banks v Brazil his re-appointment SHOULD have sent alarm bells ringing in many investigative offices

Just watched the Xmas mini special of Ice Age.Mate got it on download.Dull boring cliched and a ludicrous central concept that Xmas existed back in the Ice AgeStill made us laugh, especially loved Scrat in the "Torvill & Dean" sketchOh and it's only about 25 minutes long

Hmm get what you mean but the wording around it sort of is a bit disrespectful to the injured...
-
Now now, less of the Vitriol. After all Lampitt called CSI "The Real Deal" and he's an Integrity Guru after all

This 3rd game in a row I can't watch/listen to. Would be a lot more confident with Chappers in the side. Bart to do a Claus stare of terror as they come out on the pitch

ONE big project all year, ONE. And they screwed THAT up. Just imagine them trying to put together even proper PLANS for a real stadium (to share with Havant & Waterlooville) It would take decades (And at that rate 60 owners) And the seats would be facing outwards Classic

Point number 1 I quoted their F1 budget. I then asked if ANYONE could find any other information relating to a new budget. After one week I asked again. Nobody found a different figure so I said in that case we will assume this is what the figure is. the troll then went off on one to show he had done CSE Business Studies And anyway, at this point we do not know how the 10.8 was broken down. There could have been many variables included in the lump dumped on the club, not least they could have included all their initial legal and agent costs and costs of acquisition. Still, it upset the troll, he was convinced at that time that they were going to get all of Vlad's 300 mil, poor little lamb, no wonder he got so upset
