You should have got an email saying they had received your application and were working on it. That came in about 10 minutes after I did the reservation. I then got an email from them about 3 hours later saying that unfortunately the one I had chosen had sold the room but they had an adjacent one (it was two doors away I had checked it out earlier) and asking if I would like to transfer the booking or cancel completely. I just replied and asked them to transfer. Will let you know what happens. the "Details" but is not an issue, the room is booked in the name of a booking agency who sell through the web. Normal routine but keep an eye on it and if you don't get the hotel voucher/confirmation email then mail them tomorrow. BUT make sure you print the voucher and take it with you! Effing difficult finding an internet cafe in London to print one off when you forget it!:-xOh and the good news the second hotel includes Breakfast as a "sorry"

I use them when I stop over in London - done it about 8 or 9 times now. Also I just booked myself in to a hotel near Paddington through it so we'll both be screwed if they are a scam! Paddington is great for me as I can come in on the Heathrow Connect, check in and sleep off the flight before going out in the evening, then left luggage, Bakerloo up to the game and back pick up the bags and out to Heathrow to get the rental car. When I found them I compared them with other sites and noticed they were 5 or 10 quid cheaper than other "Cheap Hotel Web Sites" and a lot cheaper than any Hotel web site!

So 17mil is added on "out of thin air" So we can all assume that figure has been added back in as a PROFIT Which means that the tax on that profit would be what - say around 30% then there's the VAT of course another 17% or so. This is really not looking very good for them. Not by conjecture, not by speculation. They seem to be in a mess of their own making. The evidence presented in Court was the evidence presented in the WUO. The Judge has said "he agrees with HMRC" by asking PCFC to prove the charge etc ARE correct, proper and Compliant. Now, if you are presenting papers to a Court, would you NOT have done everything to make sure that was the case? How could they now return and say "Yes M'Lud, you are right, we sent the wrong papers in when we submitted the SoA to the Court. A lot of it has to wrapped up in legalese but in Headline Land.
