  1. Now that is more likely. HMRC lost the right to preferred creditor status. BUT as the court case WAS adjourned for their WUO they may feel they have a case to push for the Status Quo Ante - they applied for the WUO first. That could be a different point of law from the usual one. Which makes it annoying as it means the chance of PCFC2010 NOT getting a CVA diminishes and they may NOT get apoints deduction next year. BUT it adds 18 or more mil to the cost of the club for that poor lad to find from his pocket money.
  2. Ouch What would happen IF the Court Case was cancelled due to a dodgy Admin process? Talk about Contempt of Court. Farewell Mr Andriod as well. Now, if only I knew someone who was the World's best Computer Hacker and I could find a disgruntled maybe not sure yet possibly a former employee. (Saw that one on Burn Notice)
  3. Of we look for potentially stupid erros, Chanrai put them into Admin. But Portsmuffsabin are the bond holders. Was there a Board Meeting to ratify that decision? Did Chanrai sign his name or Portsmuffsabin on the Admin order? This looks like a legal dispute hearing not a "they'll be toast tomorrow" one, but it could lead to one and the same. Meanwhile must be getting time for a statement from SBT
  4. Now after that Charge Date revelation based on research and the email a poster was alleged to have sent to Rupert's best friend Charles Sale to check it out, a new conspiracy theory can emerge.... Charlie sent it onwards and upwards and Agent Sale is welcomed aboard the "next in line for a statue at SMS queue" Woo hoo we can have completely new conspiracy theories now! But in reality, if you were able (as a professional layman) to gather up data like you did, that was not totally clear, then it seems the investigators found something suspicious as well. Oh dear hope that shredder wasn't used too much over the weekend and they kept a bottle of tippex
  5. :D Woosh to non-followers of previous takeover sagas:-)
  6. Mr Android "Storrie you MUPPET, can't you get ANYTHING right? When i told you to appeal, I meant the POINTS deduction not the Fecking taxman" This is funny. Very funny. they may lose, they may win, they may injunct and stop the process (that could be even funnier as the whole PL will then go into meltdown with the uncertainty). Just when you thought it was safe to get a life again..... HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA
  7. It's a shame that so many games have been played in cowfields rather than on paper
  8. Probably not mobile enough for a role up front these days but I'm pretty sure he could help stiffen up our defence.
  9. Oi! Stop giving them ideas... PCFC today launched a law suit demanding 750mil from Singer Sewing Machine Company. A PCFC spokesperson stated that at no point in any of Singer Sewing Machine's marketing sales or product literature does it state that their Needles are not suitable for alternative use in Voodoo rituals. The abject failure of the PCFC Voodoo campaign has caused the club to lose it's appeal against the 9 points deduction and will cause a loss of revenue in future seasons of between 40 and 80 million per year for the time it would take the club to re-enter the Premier League. We owe it to our gratest (sic) fans in the world to pursue this to the fullest extent of the law stated Mr Storrieteller
  10. Although to be fair to their fans, they did object and protest quite strongly from the beginning of the take-over process. At least they didn't sit back and close their eyes to where the magic money was coming from... Can't stand them but they are fighting a cause which is stupid ownership rules
  11. Let's see. The taxman agreed to let them pay in installments back before October time. Pompey didn't The taxman issued a WUO in December time. Pompey said it didn't apply to them. It didn't happen. They appealed to get the law of the UK changed They still could have negotiated a settlement, they didn't. And then this no penalty stuff? administration was considered to have occured as a result of 'something that would not be categorised as a normal business risk over which it could reasonably be expected to have control' They were forced into administration by a pending Court Case. The Court case was caused by a failure of the Club's Officers to comply with UK Law - ie pay your taxes. Where EXACTLY did these taxes come form - Fecking La La Land? Taxes = normal business risk. You could not pay them. Seeking investment is irrelevant. How many companies go bust every year because teh bank manager will not advance them a larger overdraft. Since when is THAT not "normal business risk". Sorry Mero you debate well but this to me is just incredulous and you debase yourself by even trying to justify this as a defence.
  12. FIFA don't need a big stick, there's the small matter of the "We want the World Cup in England" machine at the moment. The FA are heading that up, they need to be seen to be efficient and ethical in their treatment of PCFC and in their implementation of the rules. Allowing this to continue in the front of global media (which means the Skates stay in the PL) won't happen. In fact even IF they were to fluke enough points and get their debts written off, a financial irregularities clause is a catch all description that could be used to effect - oh you fiddled your business expenses by claiming for a meal you were not entitled to that'll be another -15 goodbye
  13. Ah THERE he is good old o.g. Did we get a sell on clause for him before when joined Man ure this season? He played a blinder against the Skates
  14. For Information. For the regular listeners on Saints Player just had a response to my complaint email from Saturday from a Paul Ellemore. I think everyone on the match thread sent one in! Fingers crossed we may not miss the goals tomorrow night Thank you for your email. We are aware of the interruptions to the commentary of the last fixture. This is being investigated to ensure that this gets fixed for the forthcoming fixtures. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Best regards Customer Services
  15. I have it on good authority that NC will be attending The Forum Match to check out nickh for the role. No pressue Nick
  16. OK, so are you saying you are an ex saint and didn't want to be outed or you are a mate of George Michael and don't want to be "Outed"? It's late down here and this stuff ain't easy.
  17. Exclnt send to my skate mate locally cheers
  18. I have to say I was in the land of the confused at the start of this thread. But then I found the answer. And that wa funnier than EoA's response
  19. I'm gutted at the moment. My #2 had agreed to sign up and play as an emergancy sub under disguise. He even invited me to dinner to coach me on tactics. And NOW because of work I can't fecking make it. How ANNOYING is THAT  FFS he had even asked me where I felt we were weak and whether we needed Baresi or Desailly to come across to help out in midfiled. I am gutted, but apparently Paulo Di Canio is even MORE upset. Seems the ONLY reason he wanted to do that for me was he had heard I a legend in World Sport and was the tactical guru of World Football and he wanted to spend time learning from me. Hell, the guys had even agreed to the You Tube Interviews. Ahh Krap, will just have to rely on the Boysh who, to be honest, will have no problems whupping your ass even without the superstars, but looks like I just lost a lolage moment. Bollix
  20. Very true, but the owner doesn't run the club at the moment. Anyone googled what NC did before he came to SMS? Anyone else worried about why NC changed careers? Anyone else worried what deal NC is on?
  21. He could start by looking at the Sales Invoices from Rymans around th times of the transfers. Brown Envelope sales could be a good alleged place to start
  22. They do not have to be. They only have to approve processes for company's that wish to become brokers supplying to their members HTH
  23. The funding has been sorted based on TV money & parachute payments. vehicles already exist with PL approval for financing of clubs.
  24. Karp Just had a great day out playing in our annual Marshalls Golf tournament for the Volunteers at the Desert Classic. Mate rang who "knows the bloke that washes the cement trucks at the RMC yard. Apparently there was some door slamming and a terse but polite request to open the door to let him out to a steward after the Interview. The door was NC's office. I've been taking all this Krap with a very big pinch of salt up until that call, but the insinuation was that there appears to have been "a difference of opinions bordering on a row" If only we had a good local rag who could tell us what I've been told was a heap of bollix FFS
  25. :prayer::prayer: Oh PLEASE let him be the one..... Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water..... Off we go again. Hilarious start to the day
