It does make you laugh that he can moan about Lawrie being in the directors box yet conveniently fails to spot three of the directors who were around during the time of the reverse takeover that was the catalast to us ending up in the mire.

He was at the club at the time and was given shares, is there anyone on this board who would of said no? The reverse take over was instigated by Askham and co nothing to do with Lawrie.

I think you had to be a Saints fan during Lawries time as manager to really get it and I think thats 19C's problem, I don't think he was.

I did a tour of St James Park a couple of years ago, they have a museum there, its not that big but it does a great job of descibing some of Newcastle's history and famous players. It would be great to have something similar at St Marys.

I think there will be some people eating humble pie about AL, he was too inconsistant last season but showed in flashes what he is capable of. He's a young kid give him a brake.

I think this post sums it up well, the past is the past so lets all put that behind us and stop posting about the individuals who put us in this mess. We all have our own views on whose fault it was but that is something that alot of us will never agree on. Hopefully the new owners will be in place soon and we can all move on.
