Scottish and Irish female accents are the best. South African male the worst. It's weird how you aren't aware of how much of an accent you have yourself until you hear a recording of your own voice. Mine comes out as Southampton with a hint of bumpkin Not really accent but more of a pronunciation issue, I have always pronounced "calm" & "palm" as "cowm" & "powm", and "nearly" so it rhymes with "Burley", not "yearly". No idea where that comes from, no-one else I know pronounces them like it so it's not a local thing.

Most large firms will let you do this , although admittedly at a surcharge. Had to do it once myself, car broke down irreparably in Cornwall, hire car back home and dropped it off in town. I guess in your case though it's whether the extra expense of 2 separate hires periods with different collection / drop offs is cheaper than hiring for one longer period even with 5 days of no-usage.
