Waterlooville should get higher billing
-
Whether it is you personally or others, the point still stands. you said British companies have been failing to compete with EU rivals despite having the same financial support as them. How is that situation going to improve post Brexit when they no longer have access to that same support?
-
Synopsis. The businesses I run have gradually lost out to EU competitors as they have accessed EU support funds whilst I failed to. odd that it's businesses from the failing EU that are cleaning up and not companies from bastions of free trade and dynamism.

Poor Theresa. She must be distraught that someone is using her own tactics against her. Only difference is Sturgeon is better at knowing when she can winto

Wes its obvious from your time on this thread that you aren't classically thick, more cognitively deficient. Your inability to follow arguments and to respond logically to points or evidence is legendary. Your response to to my last post exemplifies it. I say half the UKIP voters read the Star and Express. You think saying that you read the Telegraph nullifies my point. It doesn't, its just yet another non sequitur. 1. because saying half UKIP voters do one thing clearly implies the other half do something else. 2 you claim to not be UKIP anyway so what you do is irrelevant.
-
Exactement. The biggest stat from that YouGov report was that over half of UKIP supporters read the Star or Express. Explains a lot
-
There is a bit of truth in that. UKIP does have quite a few poorer, less educated supporters, not the golf club crowd - but its also true the majority of Labour voters - ex or current - voted remain. https://yougov.co.uk/news/2015/06/08/general-election-2015-how-britain-really-voted/

I remember pre Brexit days when it was still 'en masse'

"Give us what we want or we'll let people kill your citizens". I'm not expert in trade negotiations but Im not sure thats a winning strategy.

1 in 20 support violence. Less than football fans. I never had you down as pro Islam. -
Which they might actually get if Trump walked and Pence was sworn in. Pence is more dangerous - more right wing and more tempermentally suited to getting things passed.
-
Nancy Pelosi hinted she thought he would resign sooner or later - that he doesn't actually like the reality of the job he tried so hard to get himself elected to, doesn't like the scrutiny or having to build consensus and his temperament means he is likely to walk away.

Its true Newsnight has historically been populated by Labour leaning staff but equally other programmes are staffed by right wingers. The Daily Politics is staffed by Tory stalwarts; Nick Robinson the BBC's politics editor is a former chairman of young Conservatives and Kamal Ahmed the business editor has a long Tory background.

The Guardian is the 2nd most popular English language newspaper site in the world. Its relevant to the BBC's global audience.

I agree with a lot of that. I think some of the attraction to Islam for some people is how over sexualised our society has become. We've moved from an era of sexual repression in the 1950s to an almost adolescent sexual obsession. -
Private Eye has a long and creditable history of exposes. Paul Staines has a history of failure and being on the wrong side of the law. Selling photos to the media of William Hague's aide in a gay bar is the quality of the man.
-
Laughable. You are criticising the BBC on the word of a blog run by a man with four convictions for alcohol offences, been charged with contempt of court, tried to smear both Tory and Labour politicians and failed at a third rate university.
-
Certainly is. You have picked a seven year old story about a journalist whose job was a fact checker not complaints. He had the temerity to stand for his local council - which incidentally is a constitional right.
-
Nope. Only 60 Tory MPs. Bigger numbers than that voted against their own leader / Government leader six times in the past five years. The BBC must be doing something right for the large majority of Tory MPs. Maybe they're too right wing?

Ironically enough, according to this muslim site converts should never dishonour their father by using a different name to his. http://muslimconverts.com/muslimnames/how-a-convert-changes-name.htm -
You made a claim you couldnt substantiate and got proved wrong. You try and justify it by saying other people also told porkies. You claim the BBC must be biased because 11% of MPs signed a letter saying so. The significance of the fact that 89% didn't sign the letter escapes you. It really is like dealing with a six year old.

I wouldnt disagree with that. There is always more they can do to 'own' the 'real' religion. Scholars across the different sects and traditions (Shi-ite, Sunni etc) should explain more widely what Islam is about and how IS ideology falls outside that. However just as culpable are us - the people who allow the Saudis to disseminate Whabbism
