You’ve turned into another Shurlock, trying to wave your dick around and talk down to people. It’s not a good look. Speaking of shurlock, is he still alive? He disappeared off the face of the internet between Christmas and New Years.

They have it as 38 active cases in southampton total. Yet 86 have tested positive in the last 7 days. That’s a lot of false positives 🤔
-
A month ago they had 67,000 fans in to watch the T20i games against England. Utter madness. It’s hideous that the IPL is still being played while people that would have lived with hospital treatment are struggling to catch their last breaths because the hospitals are full.

Yeah but....but....😰😰😰 but but not everyone has been vaccinated in Namibia yet, we need to wait a bit longer.
-
When?

We should buy a striker than can hold it up this summer. What happened to that lad that used to play for Birmingham, Adams I think his name his?! Is he still available? Fucking clown of a head coach.

Anyone capable of critical thinking could see it was a behavioural science scare tactic.
-
Social media? We’re the worst team in the league for the last 4 months. It’s a results business.
-
You’d never guess Don Goodman played for West Brom would you?
-
Southampton has got the 23rd worst rate per 100,000 people in England. Twice the national average. I blame raging bull and his conspiracy pals.
-
How many got sick and how many passed it on to someone else?
-
So covid has been twice as bad as a “ bad flu season” despite lockdowns and vastly reduced social contact. Good to know.
-
Have you forgotten this is a football forum, and lo and behold people might actually care about being able to go and watch football (properly) again? You sanctimonious prick.

June 22nd, England vs Czech Republic, could be a must win game and it’s only 25% capacity, a full month after the “trial” FA cup final. Tell me more about us not being able to let the Dutch over to help us fill Wembley for an England game or whatever bollocks it is you’ll come out with next. It’s not a rule that we have to let other countries fans come over to watch their team play, the FA would be chomping at the bit to sell those tickets to English fans to pack out Wembley regardless of who is playing. Social distancing is not going anywhere this year which means we aren’t “opening everything up” as you keep saying.
-
You’re deluded. 50% full stadiums in July for the Euros. Festivals cancelling left right and centre. It. Is. Not. Happening. This. Year
-
Doesn’t really explain why social distancing is still going to be in place after 21st June
-
Yeah Boris needs to send SAGE packing. The epidemic has been over for weeks in this country, covid is endemic now and we need to learn to live with it. We can’t keep social distancing measures late into the summer just in case a variant comes along that gets round the vaccines, or we’ll be permanently in limbo playing cat and mouse with boosters and lockdowns.
-
What happened to going back to normal on the 21st June 😆
-
So you’re happy to have masks and social distancing in this country for another 5 years? Heads gone.
-
Plenty on this forum happy for football to be a tv programme with a few “lucky”ones getting to go and watch each week.
-
Then surely the solution is pretty simple, if I need a ‘covid status certificate’ to go to certain places then everyone should need one just to enter this country, no ifs or buts. Carrying on with very much abnormal things like social distancing and masks because of unvaccinated tourists is crazy. Vaccines weren’t sold as a route to “close to normal” or even a new normal.
-
Most of the world aren’t going to be in Tesco Bursledon though are they? I think most would settle in the short term for a completely normal UK if it meant sacrificing travel to unvaccinated parts of the world. To have neither makes the vaccine rollout success a waste of time.
-
More “maybe next year” crumbs being dropped by SAGE.
-
If the scientists have their way I think most of them would rather wait until the majority of the worlds population has been vaccinated before we get back to old normal*, which will be years from now. *even domestically. I think we’ll end up with a consistent level of “freedom” that will be tolerated by most but the idea of big events and packed out stadiums happening before next summer seems unlikely to me. Basically if your life before covid was to venture out for a meal or a couple of pints maybe once a month and holiday once a year in a package holiday Spanish shithole then life will feel fairly normal apart from having to show your vaccine papers. If you liked to enjoy life then you’ll be waiting a little bit longer.
