  5. The Football League need not bother even thinking of deducting us points, unless they want to open their doors and find a couple of thousand people waving Fit and Proper banners next time we play in London. And they might want to consider giving us an interest free loan or two if we need a bit of working capital. In fact, given the disaster they have just helped walk us into, they should give us ten points and a couple of million quid Is that a threat I'm seeing?
  6. Like I said, the ones I've seen, then you quote the left wing dog, that is the BBC...lol
  7. Plus...all the polls I've seen, show that the public support is against the strike.
  8. Wrong again! Spoke to a young female teacher mid thirties last night, she said that life would be hell at school, if she didn't strike, this was made clear to her. Unions are bully boys, pure and simple.
  9. Get over yourself.. no pay rise in three years, a loss two years ago of £50 a week and holiday, and no pay rise next year, to be sure. Your 'pay cap' is at 1%, at least it's something ffs. This hundreds of thousands, they wouldn't be the ones the Labour government invented by chance?
  10. We know that won't be proven!
  11. About 20 times!

  18. Worked with BA didn't it!.............or not as the case was.
  19. You're right, loads of people die, when I die, I wouldn't expect a mention anywhere, but these guys and gals put their lives on the line for all of us, and for less a day, than a footballer spends on a bl00dy haircut. So, I think you are wrong, we have got our priorities all wrong in this country. However, you are entitled to your opinion, as am I.
  20. I assume that all public sector workers, don't know what's happening in the rest of Europe, in places like Greece, Portugal, Italy Spain etc, and if they do, are to stupid to realise, that by their very greedy money grabbing action, they could place the UK in the same position. Where were the unions two years ago, when the private sector got a caning?
  21. The point I'm trying to make, in my normal 'gung ho' style, is that a soldiers death barely gets a mention in our media, yet this, tragic as it is, has been splashed across the front pages, and made the no1 news item on the news channels. Somehow, we have our priorities all wrong in this country, perhaps a squaddies death doesn't sell newspapers!.
  22. Sorry to do this, as this subject is splashed across all the front pages....but for me, this is the more tragic.. A BRITISH soldier was killed yesterday in an explosion in Afghanistan while on a patrol to disrupt insurgent activity. The serviceman, from the 5th Battalion The Rifles, died in the Nahr-e Saraj area of Helmand Province, the MoD said.
  23. Plus of course, the 'hundreds' of other staff employed by the club, which I know to be true, as they stated it in court!
