After all, the judge did say one of the conditions of him agreeing it was that it was made available to the public in its entirety. Surely it's a simple matter of uploading a PDF or suchlike to a website?

If they are aiming to complete on 29th April then they could be backing up what I've been banging on about for a couple of months now..... that the FL set a deadline of 30th April (as per their letter to all other FL clubs that I was told about) rather than the date of the last game (27th April).... whether that means they can weasel out of the -10 being applied this season seems doubtful but it seems like they are going to take it as close to the deadline as they can from what Judd says there...for whatever reason that may be....
